In search of home comfort: Moskovsky Prospekt Business Apartments are located in Naberezhnye Chelny. This apartment is located near the city center. Within walking distance of public transport stops along the main avenues of the city: "Moskovsky" and "Mira". In the next building there are shops, supermarkets. Nearby there is a shopping center with a cinema, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, a hairdresser, a tax and pension fund. Not far from the house there is also a karting track, a football stadium, a trampoline center.
At the apartment
The apartment is located on the 16th floor. A concierge and a security camera at the entrance to the house control the security and order in the house. Guests are provided with: bedding and kitchen linen (including tea and coffee), hygiene products (liquid soap, shampoo, toilet paper) and towels. A choice of regular or hypoallergenic bedding is available (preferences must be communicated in advance). Available for guests: double bed, double sofa bed. If the centralized hot water supply is turned off, then an 80-liter electric water heater will not let you notice the lack of hot water. The deposit is refunded upon check-out, if the rules for staying in the apartment were not violated: there was no smell of tobacco after the guests, there was no noise, minor damage to property, there were no other guests except those indicated in the booking, there were no pets and candles and hookahs were not used.
The rate is non-refundable.

The apartments are provided only for living (our apartments are not provided for parties, gatherings with friends, business processes, as they are located in a residential building). Staying in the apartments of other (additional) guests, except for those specified at the time of booking, is prohibited, since the number of people affects the cost and is reflected in the contract signed upon check-in. Settling is carried out in the presence of documents proving the identity. The time of check-in and other nuances of the reservation must be reported in advance.
