The food is ALWAYS cold and uniform, the public places are HORRY, in the rooms the cleaning does not take the word at all, the clothes are NOT MENDING they went to get themselves. Plus the smell of Eucalyptus and the thermal springs nearby, chew in public places too!!!. You want to spoil the impression of Abkhazia go to this Pension. Holiday paid in April and the expected year is spoiled. Shame to friends who were invited to stay.

The Eucalyptus branch.

The place is beautiful, although not very well maintained. An excellent swimming pool with heated seawater. A good dining room. An unpleasant impression was left by the administrator. A long-forgotten Soviet service. If there are any problems, know that it's your fault.

It could have been better.

We went there at the end of August 2022, everything was great. Good people, clean sea, delicious food, but there was one unpleasant moment that ruined the living room. The cockroaches. In the evening we saw a creeping cockroach, in the morning we were asked to clean and disinfect the room from cockroaches, we were promised to do everything.

If you want to spoil your vacation, you can go there. We went there to enjoy the sea and the steady smell of sewerage, but the bathrooms were filled with rubber blanket so that it didn't smell, but it didn't help. The bathroom administrator, Diana Hamka, tried to put us in a room in a category lower than the one paid for and written in the voucher. We had a half-luxury room in a new building on the 2nd floor.

Don't go there! Dirt is everywhere!

I didn't expect to get into the pioneer camp Alle 70. I got into the room, and he was not cleaned. The rooms were awful, the furniture was all old, there were no shelves in the bathroom, the sink was running back and the scariest thing was that the shower wasn't in the bathroom. The bathroom was running back to the full bathroom, the smell of the water was in the bathroom.

The nature is fabulous. The kitchen outside the hotel is also. On the territory the dogs are dirty, there is no cleaning in the rooms, all! For 10 days they didn't clean, the garbage was taken out themselves. The territory is deserted. The kitchen is awfully uniform. 2 times a day pasta and chicken! Every day! Rarely rice or potatoes are cooked. Vessels are beaten. Prices of expensive tableware.

I don't recommend going there, the rooms are dirty, there's no curtain, the holes in the floors are the same. We worked for two days to make the room look like a goddamn room.
