It's a terrible hotel. It's pretty in the advertisement, but it wasn't. The hotel is pretty cold, uncomfortable. The pool is cold and dirty, swimming in it in the winter is not possible. Every night behind the wall there was an Abkhaz matte screaming. Some air conditioners work very noisy, and it's impossible to sleep if you turn on a little more than average.

I'm not suggesting you choose something more formal.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the pool was not heated, but even if it was heated, we would not have taken the risk of swimming in such a pool. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for several months, the water smelled of stagnation, there was a lot of garbage inside the pool.

The impression of this place is terrible. I don't want anyone staying at this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel with great staff.!!!!!!!!!!!! The first thing I noticed is that the hotel is guarded 24 hours a day. Cleaning is done on request. It's better to talk about changing clothes without any problems. Very good breakfast ((girls try!!!) thank you very much! Everyone is friendly, always interested in the mood of their guests. It's valuable! I advise everyone to visit there at least once!

It's a wonderful place and a kind people.

The hotel was very pleasant, because the room was comfortable, shower towels and beach towels were in the room. The service and the service staff are very friendly and easy to communicate. The swimming pool is heated, the children did not get out, bathed even at night. Breakfast is always fresh and hot. There is also a local guide that comfortably takes you on any excursion. To the beach 600 meters, a long walk to the sea, many shops on the way to the beach. In short, there are a lot of positive emotions. It is essential to rest there.

The best children's rest

Everyone who wants to stay at the hotel all is turned off for you here!!! Food, service, cleaning, relationship, territory, basic is all bad! Basic is right next to the five-story, food is snack for us Ruzki, the beach does NOT EAT!!! Transfer until 12:30, then for your two (if you can get the key to the beds). Ask for clothes in the room on your knees and don't forget to turn off the telex for the night, from 3.15 to 5.15 at night will turn off the lights(telex will sound!)

It's disgusting!

The hotel is ordinary, nothing interesting for adults or children. They went for 10 days, couldn't wait for the end of the tour. The food is the same, after 3 days they went to breakfast, lunch and dinner with disgust. The territory is not cleaned, on the tile next to the pool last year's leaves, turnips, bottles from under the beer. The staff is lazy. The bed was never changed, the towel was once and then on request, half a soap was once.

We left in a state of depression and mouth disease.

They asked for a larger oven (the oven was small, and only 1 of the 3 spirals worked, the towel and clothes didn't dry out), which we didn't have an answer to. They didn't even offer the neighbouring rooms that were running.

Hotel of the Mountain Bagrat

My husband and I stayed in Abkhazia from 30.05 to 8.06.2021. Separately we chose a dining room where each room was served with delicious food. Yes, there was not much variety of food, but it was not a five-star hotel, so I decided to write such a detailed review. The hotel had a very beautiful area. What a lovely hotel!

Its green territory, warm pool, even the Bagrat mountain right here!!! Well-organized leisure with transfer: in the morning to the beach and back; after lunch - excursions!

This is an amazing hotel.

The hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the center of Sukhum. There are some nearby small shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very welcoming environment and is usually quiet except for the bar area. At the center of the hotel there is a very nice garden with some seats and hammocks. The rooms are clean and well designed. There is a heated swimming pool and a restaurant. The only thing missing was the shampoo.
Oh and you can explore the abandoned house (now part of the forest) at the top of the hotel.
