We decided to take a vacation.  Me, my wife and our two children.  A nice, clean, and very quiet hotel.  We ate well, the service among the best, very kind.  A family business, where everyone was present for any help.  Thank you all. I want to especially thank the owner Kristjan. And the manager Rony. You are the best, see you soon.

A wonderful experience

One of the BEST CLEAN hotels in all of VELIPOJA with very kind staff. The owners are of a unique cordiality! They make you feel comfortable and super available for any request! The always open kitchen and exceptional food of excellent quality! The best choice to spend a family holiday in complete relaxation with all the comforts.

The best in the vicinity of velipoj

There are so many things to be said, I hope I can describe this as accurately as possible. 
So we arrived at the hotel in the evening, checked in, everything ok so far. I asked the receptionist when do we pay and if we can pay with credit card because I saw no sticker on the door. He told us we can pay only cash and there is an ATM down the street if we needed. This was a bit of a shock since we explicitly booked through booking, where I guaranteed our stay with my credit card. I never thought we cannot use it to pay. Since we did not have that amount and it would cost us a bundle in taxes to withdraw in a nonEU country, I asked the only English speaking person, who also translated later on, to please ask if we could change our booking from 7 to 5 nights because we had the amount in cash on us. Without asking anyone he immediately said that is not possible. I then replied we will think about it and if not I will send a request to modify through booking. 
The next morning at breakfast the same employee tells us, the boss would like to speak with us about what we asked last night. 
The boss then basicly starts talking, in Albanian, of course, and the employee translates, and I quote: "we are in Albania, we make our own rules here, you have no say. You either stay the 7 nights you booked and pay the whole amount in cash today or you go right now and pay two nights." Finnaly we said, fine, we'll pay the two nights and leave first thing in the morning. Which would only have been fair since we paid. He then replied :" no, you pay two nights but leave now. You have 1 hour to decide. "  Of course we decided to leave, who wouldn't. 
After we payed he called booking and basically didn't open the door for us to leave with our car until he made sure I didn't file a complaint.
I would also like to add we traveled with four children and were literally afraid to stay any longer. We payed 504€ for literally 16 hours tops. Shame on this person and on booking for allowing him to change our reservation and believing every lie he said. After he basically threw us out without a word, he then sends me a message on booking saying I threatened his employee with a bad review if he does not change our reservation and that is why he did not offer any alternative, which is an utterly ridiculous lie. 
Of course he will now say a bunch of lies but the fact is, everything is OK here as long as you shut up. The minute you ask for something or complain about anything, you're screwed..

Horror, pure Mafia...

Hotel is lovely and clean. Pool area very nice in both day time and evening. Food is very nice. Great prices. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Thank you so much for your respect during our stay. Super friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

Second time here, amazing as always.

The hotel was great in its time! Good rooms, beautiful shower rooms - but in some rooms there are no doors at all - are broken. We had - but it wasn't completely closed because of the stressful cracks. Breakfast only to not die of hunger - we got all the bread that was always asked for. Don't take dinner at all in the hotel - a small serving of soup from the bag and some kind of cut. Rooms are only cleaned if you leave the key on the prescription. But what a beautiful floor in the rooms and corridors!

In general, the hotel is not bad. The room is quite spacious, there is air conditioning, refrigerator..Cleaning and changing clothes - if you inform about this at the registration desk Staff friendly.The dining is unfortunately quite modest.There was a very low vegetable intake, they were not offered for breakfast or dinner. In a country where there are a large variety of fruits and vegetables and at low prices in the retail network, it was possible to offer them in the restaurant menu.

Vacation in Albania

First time flying, and I'm definitely going back to this facility which is really very nice and cozy like everyone who works there, both the owners and employees. The food is really good, quality and fresh fish really cooked beautifully.

A really relaxing vacation

This is nice place, super clean and put together well. There is an outdoor pool. The rooms are clean, also the bathrooms are perfect. There is AC. I had the chance to visit the kitchen and it was clean. The food is prepared well and is tasty. The service is courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel, great service

With my family we spend one week  in this hotel . we very welcomed  very well  the owner has been nice and friendly  the staff was very good to. they showed us a private beach Viluni beach which was very nice and clean with excellent  service. The only side which I think needs some improvement  is to improve the deals in breakfast  and dinner . we had a deal with very limited  choices. 
I would recommend  this place, will go back again

Lovely place with the swimming pool 

I spent four nights in Velipoje with my family and had a pleasant stay. The Italian cuisine is good (in fact) and very courteous. The chef who personally collected the orders. The waiters are very friendly and friendly. The services are typical of a three-star in the area.
