The property has evidently changed management this year. Very welcoming by reception on arrival.
Our motel style room was very clean but crammed with furniture and even had a microwave near the bed. A tiny but functional en suite. Everything in wardrobe to enable making own breakfast a plus.
The property is somewhat run down at the rear where many permanents (friendly folk) are living. It was a challenge finding laundry and pool. 
A great location for business people and short term tourists as close to Parap shops- Bakery, great coffee and Sat markets.
Easy access to buses and Darwin sailing club within walking distance.
Enjoyed the quiet and convenient Parap location.

CASA on GREGORY is steps away from a vibrant historic area of Darwin only 5mins drive from Darwin CBD. The rooms whilst small are modern & extremely fresh with the pride of the owners evident. nothing was too much trouble. A small cool tropical pool on site complemented by a guest kitchen facility for those who choose  to self cater. 
The prices are very affordable in an otherwise very expensive city where quality & service is sometimes not part of your experience. Highly recommended  with great hosts, off street parking. great security & air conditioned

L❤️VE STAYING @ PARAP VILLAGE

Good place to stay solo with a double bed provided. Close to Parap Markets and a few cafes/eateries. Perfect for one person, well air conditioned with wifi, amenities and accessible to surrounding suburbs. Will be back.

Perfect for a solo trip

We had originally booked with Entire Tropical Studio on booking.com which is one of the rooms in the complex owned by another woman who did not show up for our arrival and did not answer her phone or emails and still has not replied but thankfully the beautiful woman who owns Casa on Gregory gave my husband and I a lovely wee room for and even though would normally charge more only charged us what our original booking with the other owner was charging. We had a lovely 3 night stay in our comfortable and clean room and used the beautiful pool with spa. Thank you so so much. We are so grateful.

Life Saver

We have stayed here before for the location and comfort. However we were surprised to see we were expected to wash our dishes when there is no sink n the vanity has no plug. Whilst the room is small we have always been happy to stay.

Great location

Please be advised there is no parking within the grounds also you have to ask for the wifi voucher they will not give it to you or even seek you out. This is a trend like Europe advertised wifi but you need the code/vouchers like asking for a kidney.
Rooms were good clean good spot.

We stayed for 2 nights then another night at the end of our week in the NT and were very happy with our accommodation. I agree the beds are a little hard but not uncomfortable and the en suites small which didn’t bother us at all. Rooms clean and lovely smell. Leanne was fabulous, so helpful and the local market was a bonus on the Saturday morning behind the hotel. Pizza shop and Laneway cafe were also very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our 2 stays

The location is on the outskirt of town. It was a nice place to stay with laundry available ($10).  The bed was slightly harder than I like and the bathroom a bit small. Fridge in the room.  Not a bad place to stay.

Good place to stay....

The hotel is very well located in the suburbs of Darwin, close to the amenities. The setting is nice. The rooms are very tidy, clean and air conditioned. The swimming pool is nice and there is a laundry room and a kitchen available. The wifi is very average. The rates are very reasonable and degrading depending on the duration. I recommend this motel.

I personally appreciate this motel, and I would recommend it even if we only stayed one night, clean, modern facilities, well-maintained rooms and good comfort, the only drawback... the drunk in the backyard that kept us awake for a couple of hours... but not attributable to the hotel!
