Lovely room... Spacious, quiet, with best quality bed, pillows and linen.  Really good night's sleep.
Courteous and caring management.  Free upgrade.
Just a short walk to the train (10 minutes to Melbourne) and Prahran village, restaurants and market.  
Great dinner at Chez Olivier, French restaurant 5 minutes away, but options are endless.

Couldn't do better in Prahran.

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet at night. Walking distances to all you need. Caroline the Manager is great. We stayed in only room witting spa which was spacious but did share a balcony with another room although this was not a problem for us.

Would stay here again

Stayed in the guest house for 3 nights. Simply the place is stunning. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. The beds we found were also extremely comfortable

The location is great, walking distance to Albert Park and the stunning suburb of Prahan is worth the visit on its own.

While there is a pub next door, we heard no noise at all over the weekend and we were on the close side of the building.

The owner is also a very nice and helpful person.

This would have to be one the best places we have ever stayed at.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed 3 nights and found this delightful guest house met all our expectations.
It is spotlessly clean and very quiet considering there is a pub next door.
The rooms we had ( rm1)  was nicely furnished but a little on the small side. I would opt for one of the front rooms next time which are considerably larger.
Carloine looked after us perfectly . The breakfast was continental but am sure she would do an english breakfast if required.
All in all a very pleasant stay.

Quiet and charming

We decided to stay in Prahran for a night after dinner with drinks and it was the most amazing idea we had. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It is located in the heart of Prahran with dozens of restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast was just the final touch to our stay. We will definitely repeat the whole friday night experience.

Boutique and charming

The Prahan Village Guest House is located in the Prahan district. The centre of Prahan is about 5 minutes' walk away and offers great local, beautiful shops and dirty atmosphere. We were surprised that Prahan has more to offer than just a residential area near Melbourne. The centre of Melbourne can be reached by train from the Guest House. Stops are also about 5 minutes' walk away. The drive to the city takes about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also walk to Albert Park and Albert Lake in a few minutes. Ideal for jogging and walking with a great view of Melbourne skyline. St. Breda and the beach are within 30 minutes walking distance or by train.
