Quite literally one of the best places we have stayed in a while. The rooms were nice, but apart from all the owner of this estate is the sweetest, most welcoming and kind person we have encountered on our travels. She was extremely helpful and made you feel right at home. I highly recommend this over staying at a large brand name hotel. An absolutely unforgettable experience!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed

We stayed in this place for two nights, a simple and clean place, and the big surprise was the owner, a very sweet, smiling and extremely helpful lady.

It's like Grandma's house.

Stayed for 2 nights. If in the area again I would refuse to stay anywhere else. We are used to staying in some very nice hotels all over the world and so booking into a B and B was a little nerve wracking. If I knew all B and B were like this one I would never stay in hotels given the choice.
We were made to feel extremely welcome. We were given free bus passes so left the motorcycle parked up for the day and headed by bus into Innsbruck and had an excellent day.
Johanna runs a great house and we hope to see her again one day. Can't think of a thing to criticize.

Just like a home away from home

I spent four beautiful days on the occasion of the bridge on December 8, 2015! The owner was immediately kind and available at the reception offering us Austrian grappa. The room was clean and with a private bathroom and arranged to the point every morning by the owner who was preparing a rich Austrian style breakfast, coming to meet our delays as well. The kitchen is in common where anyone can use it. What remains most to us was the super availability of the owner, a really beautiful person, always ready for anything, a mom. The prices are very advantageous, free wi-fi, the house is ten kilometers from Innsbruck. Absolutely recommended!!!

It's like home!

The owner is delightful and makes you feel like home. The rooms are nice and offers a great view. You have the possibility to car the park free of charge. 

The breakfast is very good and consistent.

Once with the accomodation you get unlimited bus travel to Innsbruck and back, and also access to Axams swiming pool (a must try !). Excelent value for money.

The wi-fi worked slowly.

Charming location

We stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights.The room that touched us was in perfect condition and clean.The breakfast was complete and good.The super attentive and cordial owner takes care of everything very well.The accommodation is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Innsbruck.The village has all the services (restaurant, supermarket, gas station...) A very recommended accommodation.

Fantastic accommodation.

The comforts of the place and the super kindness of the hostess made the house the perfect place to spend the New Year 2015. The apartment was nice and equipped in every way: from the lounges to the heating, from the services to the cooking equipment. And then it sleeps really well at night as no one makes noise or noise until late. 1 big hug to Mrs. Johanna!!! highly recommended!!! we will return...

Haus Stratton for ever

We have stayed twice , in March 2012 and March 2013 with johanna at haus Stratton coming from northern Ireland. This place is just perfect for us and johanna is so welcoming and friendly . Clean , great breakfast and super friendly. Perfect infact

Wonderful place . Super sking

We had the room with the bathroom which also has a kitchen. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is classic but cozy. We are in innsbruch in less than 10 minutes by car, there is a small supermarket in the village. We were with our 2-year-old daughter who was welcome, there is a baby umbrella bed and no supplement there is also a balcony with chair and table with a beautiful view of the mountains, the place and quiet without car noise I recommend
