Cozy little out-of-town B&B but convenient to enjoy the city. Gentle and available owner, plenty of breakfast, clean rooms and adjacent parking reserved for B&B guests.

Two steps from the city

We stayed here for 2 nights while taking a quick trip to Salzburg. Easily located out of the city and the location is quiet and serene. There are hiking trails across the road and we hiked pretty far up Nocksteinblick and walked right back to the house. Host is very sweet and breakfast was good, even accommodating with dietary needs. No WiFi on our visit and that was a little bothersome with searching for restaurants and activities in the area. 

Nice location, gracious host

This guest house is worth the drive to stay outside of Salzburg.  We enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony every evening upon our return from sightseeing in Salzburg. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfortable.  We took the bus into Salzburg and back everyday......very easy timetable and just had to walk 5 minutes to our guest house.  It was easier to take the bus then to drive and try to find parking for the whole day.  They have a small in ground pool which we used every evening.  Good selection for breakfast and the owners were friendly and helpful on all levels.  In the foyer they had a stocked fridge of beverages, wine, beer, pop, etc.  The prices were listed and we wrote down our selection on a daily page taped to the front of the fridge. It was then added to our bill at the end of our stay....nice & convenient.

Beautiful location outside of Salzburg

To visit Salzburg a few days I used this structure on the hills. B&B with excellent location in the middle of woods and green meadows. the owner welcomed us with great courtesy and prepared us abundant and rich breakfasts in a typically Tyrolish room. The traditional Alpine building has excellent technological facilities (e.g. parking that is illuminated by means of sensors, fixtures and walls with excellent thermal insulation).

This is the case in the Netherlands.

I stopped there at night, while I was in transit to go to ELEFANTENTREFFEN... immersed in the green, clean....five minutes from a gas station and immediately near a fine restaurant..... the tranquility reigns sovereign in this Gästhause..... the excellent and abundant breakfast and the owner very kind and available......

Transit nights

Breakfast is international and very abundant, with a wide variety of cereals and yogurt, as well as various salumi, cheeses but also marmalades and Nutella. The location is not central, but moving by car is not a problem, 10 minutes from the center of Salzburg. The rooms are in the middle, some small shortage in the bathroom but nothing serious (shower soaps were missing and the door was not closed perfectly).

Very friendly staff, beautiful scenery

We stayed three nights in this hotel, very well located, 5 km from Salzburg, room not very large, but pleasant, with terrace overlooking the mountain Nocksteinblick Breakfast is quite complete. In the entrance hall there is a refrigerator full of various drinks.
