Currently locked out of your hotel. I have returned to my hotel after work and the card will not work ? 
No answer on the emergency number.I called numerous times.  I also proceeded to another hotel explained the situation they also tried to call your emergency number  . I am currently locked out of the hotel with no where to go ,and a flight departing at 6 am to Dublin
You will need to cover the cost of my flights and accommodation among other factors . 
This is a disgrace . You will be hearing from my solicitor. 

Locked out hotel

Budget hotel. Rooms are clean but no amenities such as coffee making facilities. Disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed and there is little at all available locally. The aircon was temperamental during the stay and this made it difficult to sleep. There was few staff available onsite as the reception is not manned 24x7. 
The beds are comfy (singles) but unfortunately the pillows are very thin.
Breakfast is okay and plenty of choice but no hot food just continental.

Budget business hotel

I attended an old-timer rally with friends in Gleisdorf and needed several rooms, two of them at the Ambio Hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Enough for a stay around the area. The reception is only very limited open, so staff is hard to reach. The hotel seems to be part of a local company. The service was very good, however.

Good location near Gleisdorf, quiet and clean.

This hotel is just the check in with the number of the safe but just the rooms very big clean just top breakfast excellent service super friendly simple to recommend that there is on the land such a hotel

Kind and great.

After several years, I was staying here again for business. The excellent and comprehensive breakfast didn't change as much as the very friendly reception and the clean room. My room was generous and really very clean, the internet access worked very well. The breakfast leaves no wishes open. Check-in and check-out are smooth. There are enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel, which is very easily accessible by car. Overall, I absolutely recommend.

Good again.

Great hotel in a nice location. Bus stop just a few minutes outside the door in Gleisdorf. Rooms are big, clean with enough room for clothes. Large bathroom with towel heating. So much breakfast that leaves no wishes open. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is that you can check in at the hotel only after 4:00 p.m.

Short vacation

Stayed for one night in this modern hotel, very large, bright room with a view of the window that occupies the entire wall, modern, spacious bathroom, excellent cleaning, proper breakfast, recommended

Large, clean and comfortable room

This is a modern and fairly well-equipped hotel. This house is suitable not only for visitors from Gleisdorf and the surrounding area, but also for visitors to Graz. It is very close to the motorway, less than 15 minutes drive to Graz. In Graz 4 stars are equally expensive, with breakfast very often more expensive and in Graz all hotels charge a parking fee. The rooms in the Ambio are very spacious, also the wet rooms are technically state-of-the-art.

Very good alternative to Grazer hotels

I have not found a better business hotel for 73 euros with breakfast between Graz and Vienna until now. On the recommendation of a friend, I stayed here for the first time this year. Everything is perfect. Large single room with maxi bed. Large desk. Very friendly staff. And the best breakfast buffet far and wide. I know a lot of hotel/external service technicians, but this one is especially worthy of praise.

It doesn't get any better.

The Hotel Ambio - which is part of BT Binder Group - is located next to the highway. My navigation system has always problems to find it but once you leave the highway towards Ludersdorf just look for a big sign "Hotel".

Be aware that Check-in is not where the check-in sign is but in the restaurant accross the street. If you have made it so far ... this is a great hotel.

What I do not like
+ smoking permitted in the restaurant
+ Check.in  and check-out only during restaurant hours
