Neustift Im Stubaital

We decided at the last minute to go to Neustift in Austria, for the usual summer retreat of our heart team, Genoa 1893 CFC, fortunately from my web search, I found availability at the Mariandl Pension, not far from Neustift, but adjacent to the football field where the team practices. We returned to the Pension, we arrived in the morning, we are received by the husband of the couple who runs it. Very kind, he accommodates us in advance in the room, provides us with the simple model for the Stubai Card, which provides free access to all facilities the transportation services of understanding. After we know the lady, extremely kind and the spicy and their b.

Excellent discovery

We spent one night with the lovely couple Eggers in Mariandl. We liked it very well, the room was very nice, with balcony, everything very clean and tidy. The breakfast tasted great, even for me as a vegetarian there was enough cheese and homemade jam that you could also buy there. We'd love to come back on occasion!

It's a very nice place to stay.

The boss takes care of everything. She loves the woman very much! Sauna is also available super breakfast, even for veggie-friendly skiers with ski shoe heaters to dry the shoes 100% recommendation

Very good skiing accommodation

We stayed for two nights in August. The room was very small in relation to the asking price (we had to sleep in 3 with the youngest child in the couple) and once we laid the suitcases on the floor the space was gone. The cleaning was left to be desired. Breakfast is enough.

Low price-quality ratio

We stayed four nights in one of the apartments and were very impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed to make good quality meals. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. They even provided washing up liquid and a variety of clothes to wash up with. There were plenty of towels- and I mean plenty- at least 5 each available! As well as extra blankets and shutters for all of the exterior doors and windows. There was a very informative welcome booklet and the owner was so friendly and helpful! You also get the Stubai Super card which is a huge bonus- you get free uplift, free access to swimming pools, free bus travel, free toboggan use and so much more! Only slight annoyance was that when we returned from a long walk in the rain there was no hot water- but this was at 2pm and by 5pm there was more than enough! 

Superb two person apartment

Super guesthouse, starting point for hiking, superb valley view, warm family, useful and knowledgeable about the activities offered in the area. Beautiful, clean, clear room with clean bathroom. Quiet hotel, good lunch, parking in front of the hotel, bus stop nearby.

Very welcoming

Typical Tyrolean structure run by a friendly and available family, clean and comfortable rooms. There's also a sauna and private parking. The only drawback is that it's located about 300m from the ski bus stop and it's not very convenient to reach with ski boots on.

Good choice

I had a very cheerful large room with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Owners very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location in Kampl 3 km from Neustift. Breakfast had everything you could want, except perhaps hot cereal. I gathered some of the other guests had been there before and were making return visits, as will I if I return to the area. I had a car so getting to Neustift was no problem. Otherwise the bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

Sunny and quiet location

Just came back from a 7 days stay at Neustiffit. We booked 2 bedrooms for my friends and girlfriend as we were in our annual ski holidays in Austria.
We selected this Pension for price and distance to the ski resort and we were surprised for the quality of the service at this little pension on Tirol. The rooms were big with an unbeatable size. The family who managed the Pension deliver a service level that is difficult to get in a 5 stars luxury hotel (and I work in one of them). They are very attentive to your needs, have always a smile form very early in the morning when they rush to have your breakfast ready for not to waste any time to go up to the mountain. They offer themselves to bring us to the bank to exchange money (we were travelling form the UK) and also to give us a lift to a rental ski equipment shop midway to the resort as we arrived very early and wanted to go skiing on our first day.
Frau Egger even lend me some sport gel when I slightly twist my knee on an unfortunate crash with my snowboard.
These are all the little things that make you come back to a hotel.
By the way, there is a free shuttle service that brings you to the resort 50 metres away form the pension door.
