We stayed here 3 nights from 25-28 Jun to explore the beautiful Stubai Valley. The host, Petra, is wonderful. The apartment is clean and comes with full kitchen for us to cook our dinner. Also have coffee machine for free coffee. Location is great and comes with free parking and wifi. Best of all, the apartment have sauna and steam bath facilities that open between 4-8pm; great after a day of hiking. Also, the stay comes with free Stubai Card, which allows us to take the cable car/day up the mountain for free during our stay.  We decided to come back again to stay two more nights from 1-3 July after visiting the Dolomites in Italy to visit Stubai Glacier.  Would definitely recommend people visiting Stubai Valley to stay at Petra’s apartment.

Sunshine flooded the apartment when we first entered, brightening up our mood for the entire week.  The location is very centralized and perfect for those relying on the Stubitail bus that passes by the entire Valley every 30 minutes in both directions.  And it comes FREE when you stay 7 days - including FREE cable rides on a daily basis for all four cables in the Valley.  Fantastic views!  Rosmarin was nearly perfect.  The breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals, healthy bread, great coffee, etc. was terrific.  The apartment itself was very spacey, clean, bed comfortable, strong hot shower, thrilling views of the nearby mountain peaks.  The owner himself is very responsive.  We would like to return next year.

Wonderful apartment - especially for one week

Excellent quality/price ratio, friendly and available staff, very convenient location close to all services, recommended for those who want a quiet and relaxing stay without spending too much, personally very satisfied!

The hotel is located in the centre of the village and very close to the ski bus stops leading to the glacier (very convenient) the rooms are comfortable, clean and quite spacious there is the spa with sauna and Turkish bath, although a little limited as a typical German breakfast space with both salty and sweet food (the brioches are missing but') the hotel has a covered garage to park very kind and professional staff

Good choice

This is a reasonably modern B&B apart hotel well located for skiing and hill walking. our recent stay was very much enhanced by the front of house young lady Oxana. What an absolutely fantastic person she is. From a warm welcome to taking an interest in her guests and always willing to offer helpful information about the area. A real credit to the hotel, thank you.

The employee was always trying to make it right for everyone. The breakfast buffet was very clear. The buns were counted. Eggs only on request. The price ratio unfortunately does not fit. We wanted to have the bed rented out due to illness and this service was to be charged extra. But we refused and did not have to pay the special service then. The cleaning of the apartment was unfortunately not satisfactory either. The bed linen would normally not have been changed within eight nights. We had the large apartment with two balconies to the street. At four in the morning the baker is delivered next door with large trucks. For a night stay of 130 euros you can definitely book a hotel, since the comfort is higher.

Very friendly and competent care by Oksana. Large apartment on the third floor. Small kitchen with the most necessary but sufficient utensils. Delicious breakfast with fine cappuccinao, fruit, sausage, cheese, cereal, cucumber tomatoes, jam, honey, nutella, various types of bread. Low garage space at minus degrees was also very advantageous. We liked it very well.

Central location in Neustift with beautiful mountain views

Oksana, our hostess was wonderful. She was welcoming and friendly and tried to assist in every way. She gave us a lot of info on nearby attractions and activities.
Location is great, at the middle of Stubai valley. 
Nice breakfast was offered although only boiled eggs are possible (not possible to order omelet or any other kind of egg). 
WiFi connection is free and good.
The place has elevator so it is easy to carry luggage in and out
I've ordered an apartment with a balcony, but no such apartment was available when I checked in. I got a bigger apartment (on 1st floor) instead of the one that I ordered, without a balcony and with no view of the outside landscape at all, which affected our overall satisfaction from the stay. 
The apartment has two bedrooms which is OK, but only one shower and one toilet which was not enough for 5 guests. 
Floor needs a renovation. 
The property costs a lot (more then 200 Euros a night for 5 guests: 2 adults + 3 kids) and the "value for money" is insufficient.

Great hospitality at a very good location but a non satisfaying apartment

The small hotel is located in the center of the village, it's clean and furnished in a modern way, the friendly staff.

A weekend of relaxation

Friendly staff , easy booking and late check in . Spacious , linen good , facilities ( sauna , boot room , garage spot on ) . Kitchen facilities basic but good range of inexpensive eateries in town . Breakfast included anyway . Would return in a blink
