I was looking for peace, nature, relaxation, friendliness. All this I found here and I was warmly welcomed. A very clean, beautiful guesthouse. With super friendly and helpful guests. The atmosphere was very friendly, family friendly, cozy. The dinner was varied and always very tasty, breakfast met my expectations. Beautiful, great location in a beautiful, quiet landscape with waterfalls. Wanderings right next door to the house. For winter friends and fans, the location in the ski area at the Stubeiggen Gcher. Bushestelle Bar right outside the door.

Wow, coming in, enjoying, relaxing.

Great value for money as long as you realise toilets are shared. Hans is very welcoming, nice bar area, he fed us each night and the beer never ran out !!! Ski bus stop 100 meters walk then its less than 5 minutes on the bus to the gondola which works well. We stayed 2 nights which was enough to cover the ski area, not the largest resort but very good high altitude skiing. We will return thanks for a nice stay......

Great value and very welcoming 

The guests, Hans and us Ellen are just to like. They are always too busy and especially the educated Hans has some kind of charming joke on store. Just too beautiful this inn. See you soon, dear people!

Top hostel!

We stayed with our eight and six-year-old children, they welcomed us with courtesy, impeccable cleanliness and delicious food, lots of places to visit, not even the snow of April has stopped us, a highly recommended experience.

Exceptional

Hans and Ellen have been the best hosts you can imagine for years, 10 minutes from the glacier, with their own bar and great price-performance, great starting point for hiking tours in the summer, and ideal for snow in the winter.

Ski and camping facilities in the Stubaital

We spent a night at the Falbesoner Inn. We paid 150 euros for a room with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. Even though it's the living room, I found it far too expensive. The breakfast was charged an extra 8 euros. Unfortunately, here again I wasn't thrilled. Cheese and sausage from the packaging and O-juice without taste. I give the 3 points because the team was really very friendly and the room was clean. But to be honest, I wouldn't come back.

Hospitality yes, but price/performance did not convince

Came back to thisFantastic place,it’s like a family. Great value for money. Everything you need plus great company of Hans and Ellen. They have made our stays in Austria really great. For us a ski holiday is not complete with a stay or visit to Falbesoner. We hope to be back soon!

Returning to our favorite spot in Tirol

Hans, Ellen and their team are extremely hospitable. Hans loves cooking and creativity. He loves to listen to good music. His international experience is noticeable. He cares about his guests and their background. Rooms and facilities are simple and very clean. In this inn I was able to feel comfortable instantly.

Hospitality felt honest

We were with Hans and Ellen during our hike on the Stubaian Highway. We got off the Nuremberg hut at the Sulzena hut and drove from the Grawa-Alm by bus almost directly to the front door. The next day we drove the bus to the starting point of our next hike and thus saved our way through the valley. The rooms are quite generous and furnished with solid wooden furniture. The front cabin nights are of true luxury, objectively decent middle class. From the street I heard nothing at night despite the street. After dinner there were huge, very richly furnished and delicious pizzas. Thanks to Hans, we got to know Gin-Alms and a restaurant called Shut the Box and a superb place to eat in the evening, but it was not the best place for me to eat in the morning.

Comfortable hotel in the studio

We did not stay in the guesthouse but in the chalets next door. Our friend however did. He got a fabulous deal for half board for the week. The idea was to do self catering so we could cook if we wanted to. But once we had experienced the warmth and kindness from both Hans and Ellen and the fantastic food, cooking felt pointless! So we ate nearly every night here. It's very good prices, the attention to detail is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way for us. Everything is freshly cooked and the flavours are faultless. The wine is sourced because it has no sulphates and they care about everything they do. The playlist is superb. The interior is traditional and cosy and for me, it was home from home. I have never been made to feel so welcome as I have done this holiday. Thank you to Hans and Ellen for making our holiday such fun.
