Great stay!  €16 taxi 4 ppl from train. Very Clean. Helpful staff. Patio to eat outside. Free coffee. We arrived 1st week of their opening for summer. Lemonade/cupcakes upon checkin;) Nice shady neighborhood for a ( hilly) run through the park. Best is it is less than 5 minute walk to local GIANT outdoor pools. Freibad Leopoldskron. 15 min walk to Alt stadt.

Please don't trust this place
They told me on the phone that my booking was not confirmed 
I spend the night with a 3 year old child at the train station
The next day I saw that my credit card was charged
When booking .com contacted  them  they still refused  to refund the money

Charged  even so the booking was not confirmed

They sold a room on booking.com that did not match the reservation or the picture linked to the reservation on booking.com.
The receptionist kept on saying "But you booked a room in a dorm".
Sorry, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service, unflexibility and being rude. Had to find another place to stay late at night. Of course they took the money from my account with a huge smile,

Not recommended to anybody

We were here for 3 days and every hour we were here we were guarded by the receptionist. As soon as we opened the windows or did something against the guidelines, the receptionist came. It's okay that they have guidelines but as soon as the reception came, surveillance cameras must be there. Especially the receptionist with the hair was coming 10 times a day. I'm sorry, I like security, but I'm a father of three children, but private security has more to do with China than security. My wife didn't dare to change after 2 days. And that's in Austria.

Worst hostel in five years.

We were 2 people staying for 2 nights in a 4 bed room. It cost to us 66€,includong city tax which is 1.5€/person/night. Arriving with car wasn't a problem, there's free arming right in front of the hostel. It's around 25min from old Town. The room had beds, closets, table and 2 chairs. It's possible to do the laundry in the basement for 2€,but you can pay only by 50cent coins and the "drying room" for hanging clothes had super high humidity and your clothes won't dry even in 2 days there. There's a kitchen on the second floor, but it seemed too small for the building, because it has a table with 4 chairs. You can store your food in the fridge with the label.
Nice place to sit in the garden, but in the rainy weather the hostel really lacks a common room, to get to know other travelers and just chill

Good place for 2 nights

We only stayed one night, staff were polite and helpful. For a hostel facilities were good. We had a large private twin room. This is obviously school accommodation used as a hostel during the summer. Would recommend. Walkable to the city

Quick stop in Salzburg

Location is not far from the city center, and they organize parties. The staff is funny, they sing in your room at 10 AM to wake up you if you ask for it ! Milena was the perfect host and singer !  (to nie twój głos na youtube)

Kind staff

This is my second review of this place. The original review was rather affirmative-and the impression stays the same. I wrote it on behalf of my boyfriend, who spent the night there on 29/08/2018. 
BUT,
I made the reservation a couple of days before his scheduled stay, and in order to make it, I had to leave my credit card details, in case he doesn't show up. He did show up, spent the night (and he was satisfied overall) and paid for his stay upon arrival.
Today I found out that the sum of money equivalent to the cost of his stay is still reserved on my account, and it's practically useless. The hostel is closed since September 2nd, all I get is automatically generated e-mails. I even texted them on Facebook messenger, and they've just "seen" my complaints, no response at all.
So I kindly advise you to be very careful when booking a room in this hostel.

Dissapointed by their accounting service!

The structure is well maintained. It was probably a school originally. The rooms are split apart, on the other hand it is a hostel..., but they are still clean and comfortable. Ours had a private bathroom. There are no towels so get equipped first. There is the possibility of using a fully equipped kitchen and a common room with PCs connected. In exactly 15 minutes on foot you will be in the center of Salzburg. With the car 5 minutes but you will have to park for a fee and still give a small piece on foot. If the price (in August) had been more than hostel and less than normal hotel I would have also voted the maximum.

Not bad for a hostel.

We were in this hostel this summer on a weekend. The first night was the worst I've ever had in a hotel/hostel/pension. At one o'clock in the night, the horror began: under our room was a bar full of music. There was loud talk. Several times we were at the reception and we were complaining. Last time at five o'clock in the morning. We were asking for a different room. Without success! Even earplugs were nothing  the bass was shreddled. Also: next to our methods there was a kitchen.
