We first stayed in Hous Zangler for a week in Jan 2017 and we have been coming back every year since then(missed the 2022 season due to covid). Its a great place, rooms are clean and spacious, a choice of a continental and cooked breakfast. The Ski bus stop is outside the house with a 5min ride to the slopes. You get the access to a ski locker at Intersport ski rental next to Galzig gondola so you don't carry your skis and boots every day. Heike is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. She even gave us a lift to a ski rental on our first visit and  this year she even dropped us off to a train station at 6am in a morning! (we forgot to book a taxi).  We ll be definitely coming back next year and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit St Anton

Great place, great host!!!

It's a very nice house, spacious rooms, super sauna, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly housewives, short drive to the bus station.

We've been very comfortable with the Zangerl family, and we're happy to come back.

Very good holiday apartment, very nice as a large group of 8 people. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and toilet as well as a large living room. I can only recommend further. Ski bus stop right next to the accommodation was very pleasant. Zangerl family are very nice hosts.

Very pleasant stay

We spent a wonderful week in the Zangerl house. We lived with 8 people in apartment 28 and we didn't miss a thing. The apartment was clean, very spacious and well equipped. Every morning there was a bread service and the trash was disposed of daily. Towels and bathrooms were also available free of charge and were changed upon request. The Zangerl couple welcomed us very kindly and provided us with advice at all times. On mails, we were always answered very quickly and the ski pass could be purchased directly in the basement. The wellness area, which consisted of a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cab and a restroom, was available for free to us for a total of six minutes. We were also able to get away from the bus and the restroom, so it was a great time to get away from the city.

It's not the best way to go.

From the reception to the departure, the operators were friendly, attentive and very helpful. Super price-performance, very clean, very beautiful sauna landscape. The ski bus was almost in front of the house. At least in the main season, good connection to the center. We felt very comfortable this week, there were almost no wishes left open. The only drop of heat is the scant dining options in the area.

Friendly, clean and nice accommodation

We were staying with 3 couples in apartment 3 ideal!! a seventh person would also have room in the living room, but then it gets a little narrow there. It was all very clean and it was nicely set up. Even a towel change after three days. Direct and quick connection to St. Anton by line 5.

What a lovely holiday home.

We were a patchwork family skiing in Zangerl House with eight adults. The house was wonderful. Good location, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, nice rooms and a nice little sauna. It was a very nice time for us. Thank you very much to the Zangerl family.

As a Patchwork Family for Skiing

Stayed one week at Haus Zangerl for our family and friends ski week at St. Anton. Really nice and helpful family that are the owners. 
Great breakfast with warm bread, a lot of choices, and good strong coffee.
Sauna area with three different saunas, one warm and one cold shower and two relaxing areas.
Clean rooms with good beds.
Close to ski-bus stop that will take you to and back from the downhill areas.
Only two restaurants in the neighborhood when your planning for dinner but the owners will help you with their knowledge when you want to book a restaurant.

Great staying at Haus Zangerl

We booked Haus Zangerl for a family ski holiday.  We were in Apartment 7 which is spacious with three roomy double bedrooms each with a sink.  There were well appointed shower rooms and a large living space with kitchen, dining table and room for 8 people.  The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished.  There were frequent towel changes during the week and the rubbish was removed daily.  

St Jakob is about 10 minutes from the slopes, served by a frequent and prompt bus service from almost outside the door of Haus Zangerl.  There is a ski/boot room on the ground floor of Haus Zangerl but they also have an agreement with a ski locker location at the bottom of the slopes so you can leave your skis and boots overnight to save having to transport skis and poles on the bus and clump around in ski boots which worked brilliantly for us.  However, the lockup closes at 7pm so if you party too hard at "Apres" then you may be too late! 

Heike was a fabulous host and arranged for us to have fresh bread delivered daily for lunch and sandwiches and ensured that the Sauna was ready for us on return when requested.  The Spa area was up to the same superb standard as our apartment. 

I would not hesistate to return to Haus Zangerl, it was a fabulous stay.

Fantastic apartment and great hosts.

The ski bus station is only a few meters away, the apartment is cozy and large. The landlords are very nice. We felt very comfortable. In the morning there is a bakery. The parking lot is right in front of the house.
