Very well equipped and spacious holiday apartment with room for the whole family. Especially the seating in the top equipped kitchen invites to sociable evenings also before and after the meal. The landlords are always for one and give tips for a successful Saint Anton am Arlberg holiday.

Great place to stay

Super apartment with bread and snack service from the nice host 😄 The large apartment with 3 bathrooms is perfect for 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped, but if you don't want to cook there are a few restaurants on foot in the area. The ski bus is a few meters away from the house, it's not going better. We had a great week and can recommend the house Kolb unconditionally.

I definitely recommend Gästehaus Kolp. Clean rooms, well-kept building. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very good location right next to the free ski bus stop. Super access to the entire Ski Alberg from Gästehaus Kolp. The host very polite and helpful. Parking directly under the building. Poor Wi-Fi coverage. I hope to visit again.

Super friendly host, it's a clean and modern apartment, it lacked nothing, great bread service, close to the ski bus, free skateboard. We all really enjoyed our stay.

very comfortable, clean and well equipped  apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen. Ski bus close by as well as a large shop.

My bother took ill on the last day and the hosts kindly let us stay longer than check out.

Long weekend skiing in great apartment

Very friendly host. Apartment rather than hotel. There was nothing missing in the apartments. Semmelser service is daily (re-) bookable. The inclusive ski depot in the immediate vicinity of the Galzig and Rendlbahn fits perfectly.

Very satisfied

Great place. Immaculate, spacious and very well appointed. En suite bathrooms to each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of great touches, like a coffee machine with an ample supply of beans, usb points next to the bed, key card entry and bread/pastry deliveries in the morning. Big windows, great views, charming hosts, parking directly outside and a short walk to the bus stop. Key lifts a short and easy bus ride away. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Brilliant apartment close to great skiing

Fine apartment, very clean and good. The check in was easy, and the landlord was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay, and would love to stay at Kolp another time. 
Easy to take the bus line 2 to St. Anton ski centre, and Kolp have an agreement with the ski centre to store the skies from day to day.

Ski holiday in St. Anton.

For 25 years now guest, as always a feeling of 'at home'. Nice and friendly host. Apartments and no hotel, therefore not all criteria for the category 'hotel type' are correct. Apartments of different sizes, convenient and nicely decorated, well equipped. Bread service for breakfast. SAT TV with many channels, ski depot in Nasserein, or St. Anton included. Internet sometimes disturbing.

We loved staying here, so we extended our stay twice, staying over a month in total. The views through the windows and from the balcony are beautiful! The apartment is very well outfitted, every detail is taken care of. Good bed, quality coffee machine, complete kitchen utensils, free parking space. Only thing is that the pillows are too soft. The family is very nice, they asked where we were going and they gave advice, which is great if you're hiking or doing other sports in the alps.

I had to work while I was here and the apartment is perfect for that. The internet can be a bit slow. The family said they're working on improving the internet. Anyway it was good enough for me to get my work done. There are two seating areas, both with views over the mountains.
