We were very satisfied with the perfect apartment with two bedrooms. Restaurant in the house, food was always very good. Service was friendly. The open fireplace in the restaurant is wonderful. We will definitely come back.

The Schefffauerhof is opposite the mountain railway

Last time I was here for dinner was in 2013. Now it's been seven years. The food supply hasn't changed much over the years, and the taste is still very good. Finally, there's gypsy spit, spinach patty and other dishes besides the usual ones.

I 'd like to go back

Apartments situated across the street with a big traffic, which is not comfortable for family with small children. 
Equipment of apartment is very simple. Very old towels, mattresses and bedding, which was very bad experience and unexpected... Ski room very small with not enough space for all.



Very dissapointed

Austria is a country designed for skiing.  And Tyrol is the place where everything is intended for skiing.  The best pists, lifts, apres ski infrastructure ... Everyone who rides at the biginer or advanced level should be here

When I was driving along the main street I was looking for a suitable restaurant I wanted to eat something regional since I'm not from Tyrol. I discovered this inn. It seemed very inviting. A friendly staff greeted me and recommended me to take a seat at the fireplace. I got the menu Normal. I ordered Tyrol Gröstel. The service made me aware that today's menu was Gröstel and if I wanted to eat the menu. At first I didn't know what to expect. The pre-dinner was a well-spiced soup... the Tyrol Gröstel were... and the dessert was perfectly delicious homemade cake with a beautiful facade. I ordered Tyrol Gröstel. The food was perfect!

When we stayed many places had closed between seasons.  We came here on our first night, we ordered four beers during the meal, plus two mixed grills which had 3 small pieces of meat on it, the meal itself was tasty but it could have been more.

The waitress who comes from belgium came over chatting to us for a while.  But when the bill came , we handed over 60 euros which meant we should have had 7 euros change.  The waitress said thanks and just kept it.  
I like to give a tip, not a tip to be taken.

We arrive at the site at 20:00 after 11 hours of travel... As I have informed you by telephone... On our arrival we find only one employee all taken from the service for dinner (maximum 4 tables outside...) who shouts at us that we cannot arrive at that time, makes us wait more than half an hour and then gives us the key without asking for documents and without accompanying us!!!

Roughness and exaggerated cleaning cost

Very unfriendly, no warmth, and if you ever express an extra wish, the eyes of the staff roll. You feel like a guest, like you're coming uncomfortable, thank you NO!

Not to be recommended!!

The staff is really not the fastest and friendliest, bur we recieved everything and the food was excellent. Good taste and reasonable portions. The kids playground next to is another positive point...

Nice terrace

We were 5 people and had an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The 5th person had to sleep in the living room on the corner bench. The reception at the reception (decks in the dining room) was very cool and unfriendly. There was no information except that you should use the back door with the luggage and not walk through the restaurant. In the bathroom apartment there was no plunger/seep in the drain in the shower. The shower seat was fixed with tape. The water temperature fluctuated extremely so that you can have cold, very warm water right during the shower. Otherwise the apartment was clean but also had towels and handcuffs. There was definitely no way to put a shovel on the table in front of the kitchen table so you had to put a glass of gas on the table in front of the room.
