On the departure day, a lady knocked on our door stating the payment had to be done in cash.No credit or debit!
When we were making the payment she immeditly picked the money from the desk and said it was not enough. 50 euros were missing. We had just arrived from the atm with equal anmounts of money in 50 euros bills. Not wanting to confront her we tought it was our mistake. After a carefull review there was no way we could have lost it. 
She stole us 50euros while we were distacted!

Money theft in our faces

We spent our ski vacation in February/March 2015 at the Erich Landhouse. The advertising images on the Internet do not match the reality at all. Our family apartment was below average. The bathroom is much too small, the sofa needs to be renewed immediately, the equipment is medium. When we pointed out to the landlord she said she knew this. The Internet was only running out of time and very bad. Working is impossible. Price/performance is not right at all. We will not return.

From 28.12.2013 to 04.01.2014 we spent our skiing holiday in Sölden with friends at the Landhaus Erich. We booked through the Internet, which was wonderful thanks to the smooth communication and the particularly quick answer to open questions. The Landhaus Erich is located in a quiet street, so you are away from the constant burden of partying. Free parking spaces are located right in front of the house in sufficient number. The Talstation of the Gaislachkolbahn is very easily accessible on foot (about 7 minutes). So that you do not have to drag all the equipment to the elevator every day, it is very convenient to use the small water-powered skid booths in the Anschluss. We also had a large bathroom in front of the house, but we also had a large bathroom, a spacious bathroom, two bathrooms and a bathroom.

Wonderful accommodation with plenty of space and comfort

Attention! Advertising photos on the homepage don't match reality. Our apartment was in an uninhabited condition. It was poorly cleaned, the dishes were still partly dirty, the coffee machine was defective, a mini-TV. The photos on the homepage are partly of apartments that have already been renovated and are therefore completely misleading. At night partly loud through neighboring apartments. Much too expensive for the standard.
