Insupportable, the smell of an alcantarilla, the cistern didn't work, the water in the wall, the sheets full of balls, the damaged furniture, I have photos. I don't understand how they can say that it's okay. The stairs don't fit the footprint. We asked them to change the sheets and they didn't pay attention. On the first day we mistakenly changed the room and without using it we paid 15 euros supposedly for the cleaning, we were asked to leave it in Cash in the bathroom.The bathroom goes out when you shower, there were no drapes that left the mosquito nets and blinds.

Horrible 

Plus, the location of the hotel. A normal breakfast. What upset us was the dirty room, the chairs and under the table were little pieces of food, the sink and toilet were yellow spots, the places were dusty. The uncomfortable time of entry and exit (entry late, exit early). Bad soundproofing, every word ringing and the roar of the doors. The sink didn't work in the bedroom, the owner offered to shower. Since it didn't seem comfortable for the family with the baby, we gave up the second night at this hotel in advance.

Traveling in a car with a child

I had to go back to my Country due to the risk of Carona Virus and the impact of Travel. This accommodation insists on not refunding me. If they can be so disgusting in there approach to a pandemic then they are not worth being good hosts. I am totally appalled by this accommodation.

This accommodation is insensitive

Room was lovely and clean, the owner was so helpful and let us have the bikes for a extra day free of charge. Room got cleaned with out asking and fresh towels daily. Location is prefect, 5 minute cycle or 15 minutes walk. Would highly recommend if you are in Brugge. Brugge its self is awesome and would definetly come back again.

Great service all round! 

We stayed at small cosy apartment and really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very pleasant, room was clean with comfortable bed, table with basic dishes and beautiful interior (including variable paintings). We had acces to microwave, tea and coffe. 

There was possibility of additional breakfeast for around 10€, but that was too much for us. However it is fair to say that it smell delicious. 

As for downsides, watter there tastes like pure iron but that was managed by buying packed watter and flushing of toilets was very annoying. These small hindrances were however nothing compared to possitives. Definitely recomend!

Nice family-owned B&B outside city center

I made a reservation at this hotel but I made a mistake on the date of the weekend! My weekend in Bruges was planned for the weekend of August 17 to 18 while I made a reservation for the weekend of August 24 to 25. I'm a little head! Obviously I cancelled my reservation at the hotel by apologizing and asking for the cancellation free of charge since I made a mistake on the dates. We were a week before the date of August 24 to 25. So the hotel could largely find a customer for the room in question!

Not a salesman, not an arranger.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean, tidy, the decoration was nice and simple, the breakfast tasty and plentyful. 

Our host was amazing, he was very flexible when we were a bit late to check in because of the traffic, and he was very happy to give us information about where to go when we asked his opinion about destinations around the coast.

The only negative was that the shower could have had a sliding door, and the toilet didnt flush well.

Great stay

The room is small, just the space to turn around the bed. The bathroom is tiny. There is a shower, hand wash and toilet. They're all next to each other. There's no place to put the toiletries or stretch the towels. Very noisy. Until 11:30 we heard people walking up and down, not to mention the stairs! Very friendly hotels.

We had a really nice stay here. Ambroos was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable,clean and had all the amenities you need. Breakfast was more than sufficient,lovely omelettes. Would certainly stay here again.The property was a 5 min walk from a really nice pub/restaurant and a 30 min walk from the town centre.

Lovely

The owner is friendly and friendly, the room is comfortable, clean and the bed is very comfortable, the only drawback is that the wifi only worked for the first half hour, then it disconnected and it didn't work anymore, no, we said nothing to the owner because it was late, I'm sure it would have worked.
