I don't mention the St. George Inn and I'll tell you the reasons. 1- When I arrived at the Inn Jean, the boy who is at the reception was not even a bit cut, he came by saying that I lost a diary(this was a mistake of the agency that bought my package), I want to make it clear that I had no way of trying to negotiate this. Something I never thought of doing. 2- the facilities are poor, the hall floor is loose, doors are unlined, towels, sheets and upholstered fronts, dirty curtains, traces through the wall of the room, BARATA in the room, clogged toilet bowl. Box with dirty plastic curtain, toilet paper when I arrived was not new, it was already halfway through. 3- breakfast is very rare, I don't need to eat after cleaning. 4- there is a bad sign, there is no need to go inside the rooms and listen to the TV, even if you have to go inside the room and get the service. 5- there is a bad sign that you can't even get the bathroom in the kitchen.

It was a bad experience.

The best travel agency of all plaque veader.petala and wilson contacted us and gave a great deal of attention and affection before our arrival they are dedicated and very competent the snacks are delicious and know everything about this beautiful place they and all the team made of our most beautiful days thank you all the team of aram especially the petala and wilsom

Best agency in every veadeer patch

We arrived at the scheduled time (three in the morning) and there was no one at the reception, we had to wake up the guests to be able to enter the hotel, because on the contact phones, no one was answering. They claimed that it was a failure of communication with the agency that we closed the package. Okay, we reported, but the room we stayed in was dirty, came up a bargain and the pillow was smelling of sweat. We made the request for the change and cleaning, but the receptionist said that we should leave the key in the reception for cleaning. We informed that we would like the cleaning to be done when we were present, the receptionist was offended, wanted to give us a moral lesson because (according to) all the hotel staff and workers are meeting him. We had to change the hotel, because he hadn't asked for our forgiveness and we hadn't felt offended yet.

Don't go to this place!

As soon as we completed the booking at the inn, the agency contacted us! I made the purchase and itinerary of the tours all online, impeccable service, note 10 for the attendant Igor who received us very well and was always willing to help us at any time of the day!

Positive: I found the owner Jean super nice and attentive!! Jean's daughter is a hottie!! The inn has a good price and location! The healthy breakfast is prepared with affection. The place has bikes for rent if the guest wants to explore the city or bike trips, as I did! The magrel's daily price is R$35.00! Jean helped me hire a motor taxi when I waited. I even left my contact with Jean to look for me when I visited Rio de Janeiro. It will be very welcome!! Negative: The hostel's employee/receptor. I will remember his name. I would have called him an anti-personnel (SA). A hostel without empathy and even a little attention. I started to guide them.

It's a good stay, but it could have been better!

I spent the weekend in Bonito in Pousada São Jorge with my boyfriend and the hostel offered the promised. The service was great 👏🏼 and the location of the hostel São Jorge is perfect, right on the central street of Bonito, near the restaurants and shops, very worth it.

Great location.

Accommodation and agency with excellent professionals, great location, quality breakfast and cozy rooms. Shared kitchen and common area with adequate space. Feel at home in the St. George's Inn.

I would like to congratulate you.

Perfect for low-budget trips. The rooms are small but convenient and have their own bathroom. Everything is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is inclusive and rich! Most importantly, it is in the center of Bonito and ideal for going out in the evening! It has no pool, but after spending the whole day in the water you'd rather have a beer too😁 The house's own agency also helps greatly to plan the various excursions around Bonito. All around perfect for someone who just wants to go to the hotel to sleep and not waste money from the window!!!

This is the second review I am posting on this property. Since my review is not favorable the Pousada is pretending that I did not stay there so I will post employees names to refresh their memory. Unfortunately I did stay at this property for a few nights with a friend, booked with Felipe. First red flag was the over 100 emails and whats app messages back in forth with Adonai Wake about different tours we would like to book stating different price quotes etc. Then our flight got messed up and we would not be arriving as planned so I emailed (Rafael responded ) and let them know that we would be arriving a day later and could they set up airport transportation for us. Adonai Wake did and you can imagine our surprise when we arrived and no one was to be found. Thank goodness the driver called the number on the door and eventually a woman came to open to door but she could not use the computer so after waiting for a long time she finally just showed us to a room when a man came apologizing stating he didn't think we would have gotten their so quickly. He said we were in the wrong room so we were going to switch but then said never mind just stay in this room. Our tours had yet to be confirmed bc of the delay in our arrival so I asked him what time should we plan to wake up so we were told in a few hours and he wanted to talk outside about why i was upset with the complete lack of professionalism but since it was around 4am I was not in the mood to discuss issues especially since he told me the owner was away on vacation and he could not make any decisions himself. In the next few hours we spoke to Adonai Wake in person who booked us a waterfall tour and my friend specifically asked him if anyone would speak English to which he replied yes but surprise when we got to the waterfalls no one spoke English and when I informed Adonai Wake of this he said Thats Brazil .I also found it very rude that he asked my friend what really happened with our flight implying that we were lying which is ridiculous because it took us 4 flights and a 3 hr ride from the airport for only 1 full day. The real problem was when we booked our airport transportation back to the airport. We booked it for 4:30 am and while we were getting ready someone was knocking and yelling at our window at 4am. I went to the lobby and no staff members were there and the door was locked but guess what it was our driver a half hour early. First we should have been told that the van could arrive early and how to get out of the building but instead I had to go through all the drawers and finally found a key to open the door and ran down the street to catch the van. I have never had so many problems in one place in my over 70 countries travels. I warn everyone to think twice about staying here and you can also read past reviews as they respond quite rudely to other travelers reviews as well.

Beware

I stayed in the shared rooms (hostel).I found it cheap for the ample breakfast they offer, matte and tea available all day, room with towels, lockers, lots of plugins, wifi connection... at the reception they have a secure space to connect usb to charge devices and also have a travel agency that provides all excursions at standard prices so you cost the same everywhere.The things there are to see are all paid so there is no other to hire.
