The hotel accommodations are good. room wide and clean. breakfast very simple and few varieties. very good location, it is close to tourist points, gas station and pharmacy. the biggest problem was the service. when I arrived in the room I had only one roll of toilet paper, no replacement, I had to request at the reception. the card to open the door was dismagnetizing every time I left the room, i had to go down again at the reception to update. on the second day, I had left and when I returned, the card didn't work for the third time, i called the front desk and it would inform me that I hadn't paid for the check-in, since they had paid for 1 day at the check-in reception. so only when they told me that they were paying for the check-in, i.e. if I had to pay for the check-in, i.e. 10 days after the check-in, they would tell me that if they had to check out all my cards, they would not have to pay for the check-in, because they would have to check out all my check-in, or they would

Coffee with little variety and poor service

I booked the room with only a ventilator, i Luckily it was a terrible heat impossible to sleep, the room got an oven gave me no air, the window was small. I requested the room exchange for one with air or larger windows. The two receptionists both at night and in the morning were rude, dry, showed no empathy or good will to change the room, said q the priority was to book q until I was going to have a room the next day at 12:00 but q she rented it for the waiting list q had. i mean q had already paid q they paid no attention, unfortunately i had q to go away because I lost my class and my money.

After a bad sale

Hotel very well maintained, nice cleanliness, small but pleasant room, nice shower, modest but adequate morning café, parking included and with plenty of space, cooler, air conditioner and hair dryer, otio cost benefit, $150.00 for a couple and $135.00 for an individual.

Good cost benefit

The overwhelming majority of employees are rude, rude, do not present themselves properly, do not wear uniforms, and are extremely bad-tempered. A horror. Breakfast is very poor, with no variation in fruits. There is no butter. The cups are thick and they talk to each other as if they were in a bottle.

It's one of the best hotels cost X benefit in SP (for those who have meetings or appointments nearby, as in my case). I've been attending the hotel at least once a month for over a year. Very clean and organized rooms, great bed and wonderful shower, I hardly find problems in the rooms (except for the smell of cigarettes, but I always ask to change and I'm served). The room service is simple but efficient, it's true that it's not the best service in relation to charisma (I have one or two employees who serve very closely even, I've even gotten to feel bad), but the portions and snacks are very tasty (points for the kitchen).

Fully meets my expectations

The room is very good, the shower is excellent. The overall infrastructure is very ok. What leaves MUCH to be desired is the professionalism of the hotel staff. Every time I needed some support I was served as if the hotel was doing me a favor to stay. There was a very boring situation as I was leaving (not going) just leaving the hotel, of a staff member literally running behind my car asking if I had already checked out the price and I informed her that I was not on check-out time and that I was not leaving (backs, accessories, computers were all still in the room) and the professional warned me that I could not go to the hotel without paying my daily allowance. I came to the same desk and worked from a chair there, and I asked if I had a good chair and I would have a good computer for a table.

She left you wanting in the care.

Great cost benefit, breakfast included at night, kind staff, time takes a little while but who doesn't want to wait?

Good and cheap

Hotel located near the Ipiranga museum, where the cost benefit and staff are good option and care well and only, tight room, no fridge, taken to charge the cell phone only had in the bathroom, if you want to use glasses charge real 1,00 each, finally has to be improved.
