No warm welcome, no welcome drinks for us after a long journey.
Childrens beds like army camping beds, slats kept falling, staff very unpleasant, never said hello or good morning.
The spa was lovely but again staff quite rude, daughter accidently had towel in her hand and got chased up the stairs yelling "give us back our towel"
