The hotel is relatively new, all clean, well thought-out. The hostess and the two hotel employees enjoy the cleanliness almost every day, the change of towels every two days, the change of clothes every three to four days. The breakfast is offered with the choice of coffee or tea (as a compliment). In the two beds, the wardrobe, the TV (7 programs in Russian), the table and the two puffs, the bathroom, on the balcony: the dryer for laundry, the cent and the two chairs. The rooms are quite small. There are no fences. Not for families with small children due to the lack of food supply and the absence of cooking. Although you can enjoy the warmth of the old hotel, you can still enjoy the beaches, the beaches, the beaches, the sea, the sea, the sea, and the sea.

Family Hotel - Vacation worked!

I could say something positive about this hotel but I rather not recommend to future guest due to the rude attitude of the staff after a sincere (also positive review) on booking.com. The arrogant attitude showed that they are not prepared to deal with criticism and are not able to properly deal with costumers needs. Don't go to this hotel, find somewhere where people are nice, friendly and mature enough to deal with constructive criticism

Rude staff

I made the review below on booking.com after our stay. The review was perfectly honest and generally positive. The hotel replied to me in a very rude way, mocking what I wrote and telling me to book a 5-star hotel instead. Sadly, I cannot recommend staying at a place where they treat their costumers this way and cannot take legitimate criticism or accept ideas for improvement. 

The positive things: the bathroom and the room is really spacious, and the beds are good. Everything is very clean and looks fairly new. The women at work was very kind, she didn't speak English, but she made herself understandable in a kind manner. The cost of the stay was fairly good. 
The negative: it's pretty far from old town, so if you don't have a car, take a taxi. It's not very isolated, so you can hear people talking in the hall and the above neighbours walking around fairly clearly. There were only a bar of soap in the bathroom, no other toiletries.

It was good at first, but then... 

This year we stayed at Catherine's again. A wonderful 2 weeks in a beautiful hotel. A spacious room, perfect cleanliness and super excellent WI FI. The hotel is close to the beach, the balcony overlooks the sea, the silence at night - beautiful in all respects. The hotel has a buffet where you can have a full breakfast, have a tasty tea or coffee. A wonderful staff, smiling, sociable and friendly women will always try to make your vacation even better. When we go on holiday again in Nessebra, we'll stop at Catherine's.

A wonderful vacation for two.

This is a nice clean accomodation close to the beach. The hotel is quite new, everything is kept in very good condition. The prices are very good. You can reach Nessebar old town in a 35 minutes walk or you can take the bus in front of the hotel. Near the hotel it is a supermarket, a gas station and a renting car office.
