The hotel is quite modern and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and pedestrianised centre. This makes it a very practical choice.  The staff are helpful. Our room was a good size but faced onto the busy Ruski Boulevard so was always noisy. In the four nights we stayed the room was not serviced apart from emptying the bin once. At breakfast we mostly had no choice, it was whatever they fancied giving us, sometimes filled rolls, sometimes pastries. 

Practical option for Plovdiv

Simple hotel, clean, comfortable mattress, good Wifi. The only lack: in our room, we coudn`t open the window to refresh the air in the room (but this is the design).

A 5-minute walk from the center. Quiet. Free parking. Right breakfast although the orange Zumo is not very good. Very good price. Very soundproofed accommodation. Panoramic elevator. ILCO explains everything to you and provides you with a map.

Well situated with good value for money.

Modern design, comfortable rooms, excellent location, attentive staff, very helpful hotel manager, delicious breakfast, private free parking, clean and well organized

Clean, Convenient, Cozy Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights (2 rooms)
This hotel is very well situated: Easily to find it by car, facing a wide boulevard, easy to walk some hundred meters to the historic centre and to the shopping area, where many restaurants and bars are available.
 The hotel provides his own parking area (about 10 slots). The design is moderm, the rooms are a bit tiny but comfortable, The shower facilities have to be improved, so that water leaves the bathroom.
 Cleaning was the mosly ready before end of breakfast time! Breakfast itself  could be better, coffee was provided by automate and sometimes wasn't warm.
 The ladies at the reception desk speak fluently english and are very helpful, even also when there was a problem with the unique lift.

HOTEL IN A VERY GOOD AREA

Very nice small hotel at the center of the city of Plovdiv,, great rooms ,friendly stuff.delicius  breakfast, private free parking is provided behind of the building in a safe barrier controlled area..at all high recommend

Nice hotel

A clean comfortable 3 night stay as we visited the sights of Plovdiv. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and the hotel is only ten minutes walk from the centre. Taxis are also cheap and prompt here. The breakfast was good and well supplied. Would certainly recommend the Expo to visitors.

Terrific Staff

Best position to visit the old town of Plovdiv. Perfect in all the features! The rooms are very confortable! The breakfast is very good! Staff is very kind! If the future we will turn back in Bulgaria, for sure we will stay in the expo hotel! 

Simply the best

Ideal location 5 minutes walking to the old town; very clean and ordered; personel english fluent and customer oriented; good and complete Continental breakfast.
One reccomendation to the hotel:put always  in the rooms 2 reserve pillow Lower.
I strongly reccomend this hotel for business and leisure trips.

Ottimo hotel

We decided to spend the night in Plowdiv as part of our Balkan road trip to the Expo Hotel. Parking in the backyard without any problems. The reception was very polite and gave tips. Rooms were spacious & clean. Wi-Fi top. From here, we explored the highlights of the city on foot. Everything was in a pleasant distance. Since our room was off the main road, we could hear cars ringing at night. Even in closed rooms. But we were aware of this on the basis of previous reviews. For this price, it was absolutely acceptable. Nevertheless, despite 5 stars, since we knew what we were looking for. But we could also get a 4-star rating.
