Stayed here with 3 mates it's good for tourists the house is cleaned regularly and the staff are helpful. The rooms are basic but its value for money and Plovdiv has many attractions to keep you busy throughout the day anyway. Overall a good experience here and we would stay again.

Very friendly people, good value and location.

I stayed one night in this B&B in Plovdiv at the end of April 2018. The structure has been renovated in various parts and is presented orderly and clean. The girl who runs the structure is really very kind and available, whether to deposit the luggage before leaving, whether to get us to find croissants in the room (industrial, but good and anyway they were not due in the price paid) or to offer us a cold coffee to welcome the check-out also to apologize for not having 2 Leva left.

Good value for money and courtesy of managers

Clean, comfortable bed,close to center, direct public transport to main stations.

AC in the rooms. Basic kitchenette, small backyard. All you would expect in a hostel.

We had contact with staff only before arrival. Friendly, all arrangements were ok.We would stay again!

Very good for tourists

This place is simple but the staff are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is in a great location and the facilities and wifi and both good. Nothing to complain about really. It's not luxury but if you are looking for comfortable and convenient then it is great. Would definitely recommend!!

Comfortable and well priced 

As previously stated the reception is a clothing store. The pictures do not correspond with the current state of the hostel. 
We arrived around 3pm and it was very cold in the house. We stayed in a room for three and it was even colder in there. It took about 2 hours for the air condition to warm up the room. 
The only electrical socket which was not used by either TV or Air-Con was so high up the wall it was quite impractical to use unless you are Michael Jordan and have a charger which is at least two meters long. Check the pictures if you do not believe me.
The bathroom was also very cold and i want to highlight that it smelled very unpleasant. Although they have unsuccessfully  tried to clean, everything was rusty. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and it was pretty nasty overall. We did not shower for the two days we stayed there.
The amenities provided include a very dirty scaled water heater, a rusty old oven, dirty mugs and cutlery and that's about it. No hairdryer, no shampoo or anything of the sort.
The breakfast was stale croissants for the price of 50p.
The only positive I found was that the location was very close to the center.
I will not be returning to this place and will definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. There are plenty of other hotels and guest houses which offer much better quality, service and are in the center for the same money or less.
My advice will be:  if you visit, before you pay, ask to be taken to the room and check the kitchen and bathrooms and then decide if you will stay or go somewhere else.

A big nope

The apartment downstairs is infected with bed bugs, my travel companion was attacked literally by them and other species. I don't recommend it even for spending the night. La casera speaks Spanish and de trato amable, won't be todo malo.

The house of the chinches.

The reception of the hotel is a clothing store as well but the staff was really positive and helpful. We had a 3 beds room even though we were just a couple. The room was wide enough and was clean. The bathroom is shared with the other apartments on the floor and is okay except for the shower which seemed to have really weak water pressure. The common room was good and there is a kitchen with a little stove. We had 2 croissants and 2 mushy apples for breakfast in our room. There is a cool back yard available for use. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old town and 30 from the Northern bus station. 

Nice and clean

The hotel is located near the old city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions, clean, neat, cozy, showery, air conditioned, but we didn't expect it.

It's a great option.

Very well maintained guest house. Located outside the old town, it is still easily accessible on foot (5 min). The hostess is very friendly and warmly welcoming. The room is spacious. We regret, however, the absence of double beds when we booked. The bathrooms are shared, but there is one on each floor. The interior has been completely renovated and is therefore new. The quality/price ratio is very good. We recommend it.
