The New Line Village is perfect ….the place is very good for family holidays, it is clean, it has all the conditions for a holiday with children.  The place is quiet, the reception is very friendly.  We are very satisfied, we gladly recommend. 10+

I expend my holidays this year at New Village. Top standard, good location, and amazing staff.

Recommended for couples and families as well.

Safe, clean and you get value for money.

Will be back many times.

Relaxing place

We booked this place through AirBnb. On arrival we were surprised by the distance it is from the main attractions. The owner told us before arrival it’s 8 mins walk from the beach. Took us 28 later that night.  Path from the road is unmade & unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. 

The little cafe/restaurant at the front of the property was nice, decent food. 

Pool is ridiculously small compared to some of the photos we saw.  Some clever photography has been used. 

Stray cats roam the complex, 3 of us had bites on our ankles by the first night. 

Toilet had faeces from previous guests on it. Had to request disinfectant & clean it ourselves. A cleaner was sent in but all she did was shake her head & spout abuse in Bulgarian. Owner denied it being unclean. 

One of the mattresses had holes in it. Beds were really uncomfortable with every spring felt. Kitchen had no facilities such as a cloth to wash up with and the bathroom had no soap. 

We only lasted 1 night & had to leave. We were offered a refund of 7 nights (we’d paid for 10) but once we gave the key back the owner has gone mysteriously quiet & isn’t responding to messages. 

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

Worst start to our holiday!

Currently staying at the new line village rooms are modern and clean .location is up dirt track 10 mins to beech .if your really young and want to be in the thick of the main action is 30 min walk but the start of bars and restaurants is only 15 min walk  .lots of different nationalities here  food is served  not  much choice but was tasty  happy hour in the afternoon on cocktails  if your couple or gruop of friends nice place to stay .

Great stay

Complex is completely adequate however there aren’t really any frills.

Apartment consisted of a living room, bedroom, dining kitchen and bathroom. They had turned the living room into a bedroom for our stay (parents and 2 children), due to the layout my wife and I took the living room so we could put the kids to bed in the other room. This meant we slept on single beds for the week.

The rooms had air con which worked well and had a balcony. The lack of frills were no washing up facilities i.e soap, sponges and tea towels etc.

The pool was very nice and again adequate (plenty of sun beds and a kids pool). Sunbeds were fairly old and plastics and i ended up bruised.

Distance to the beach is a fair 10 minute walk. The road leading up to the property is terrible, not negotiable with a pushchair and quite nerve wracking with a hire car (especially when you don’t take excess insurance!). They don’t have any intention of fixing this either.

The attached bar restaurant is very nice and fairly priced. The food was probably the best i’ve ever had in bulgaria.

There are no other facilities for children.

In summary, this is a no frills complex which for the money is very nice, just be prepared to spend some money on some additions such as a washing up sponge!



Good value for money

There's no super negative. There's a clean swimming pool, plenty of beds. There's no condos, there's no water, and there's no condos. There's a ventilator. The children's room goes out to the sunny side, the beaches are cheap. There's a mini supermarket, the prices are just like everywhere. There's cherry picking - very nice. And the greek cherries are also good. The apartments are all repaired from super cheap materials, laminate scripts, there's no condos in the household room, and there's no condos.

A little bit.

Just returned from spending a great  week in New Line Village. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.  Pool area is  in perfect condition with ample supply of sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool.  No problem of getting a bed no matter time you went to the pool.  Apartments are clean and spacious. . Ideal location for a quiet relaxing holiday.  Just about a ten minute walk from the beach.  There is a shop at the bottom of the road selling every thing that you need.  
Reception staff arranged a taxi to pick us up and return us to the airport. 
There is free wifi available in all the rooms.

Relaxing holiday

This place is not for anyone with mobility issues as there are steep hills to climb from the main bus routes and taxis are not very reliable.
The rooms are well appointed and very clean as are the reception and pool areas and the staff we met were very pleasant.
We ate in the restaurant and was very surprised how nice the food was although the menu is limited, the prawns and spaghetti were a lovely treat.
Would certainly return with a car!

We stayed there for 5 nights,the place is perfect for peaceful holidays,within walking distance from the beach and not far from the busy Sunny beach resort in case you need some night life.The staff  are kind and welcoming people,they enjoy a variety of international guests you can have a chat with while sunbathing by the pool.

Good place for relaxing

We stayed for the first 10 days of August. Newly built village, all very modern sin that is being cared for and maintained poorly. The apartment has no accessories for cleaning but only a brush. Considering that they do not come to clean it, but only to change the towels every 3 days and the sheets once a week. The sheets (towels for the table) were broken and were not even suitable for the size of the bed! In addition, in the bathroom there is no mat to support the feet once you use the toilet. If you want to use the pool you have to do who comes first because the beds are all occupied with towels.
