This hotel appears great on the outside and in the lobby, however, it is overall just terrible. The air conditioning in the room is horrible. You have fight to get a second key to your room, so as to leave one in the room to keep the air conditioner going so that you are comfortable upon your return after a long day in the sun. The liquid soap provided is weak, so bring your own soap. The room I stayed in was awkwardly set up, despite being huge. The furniture was less desirable, and in poor taste and cheap. The bathroom had a walk in shower that never yielded hot water. However, the sink and tub had hot water. They do not provide wash cloths, so you shower with a huge hand towel. The bathroom decor was horrible, with terrible lighting, no toilet paper dispenser, and unfinished construction/painting.  And when they cleaned my room, they failed to wipe the counter in the bathroom nor finish making my bed.  The hallway smelled unkempt, and it was just noisy all the time from nearby construction or families at the hotel. Small lizards/geckos were seen in my room as well as my travel friend's room. The breakfast is awful, and we found a huge hair in one of the dishes. The food was not kept hot, and food replacement was slow. The gym was completely terrible, old equipment and no air conditioner, just one fan.  It is in a great location, but I'll never stay there again!

Low Budget Mess

we stay here 2 night and room clean and good pool staff help full but breakfast nothing to eat we having dinner at second day but test not much good as we bring bottle of red wine staff will charge us $15.00.

Nice Holiday

Nice hotel. Very clean and fresh. Room size is big and everything works. Near Beach but away from the madness. Breakfast was good with great noodle choice along with the usual fare. Staff were very helpful and overall a nice calm atmosphere if a little 'business like'. Ideal for business less so for families seeking a 'resort'.

2 nights in April 17

My partner and I spent 2 nights at Moon Julie whilst in Sihanoukville, central location to Pub Street and other bar and restaurants, hotel is well appointed with a nice restaurant and a beautiful large pool, we enjoyed our stay at Moon Julie.

Pleasant 

Stayed here as part as a Wendy Wu tour group. Rooms clean and Staff very friendly and helpful, English a bit of a problem, but then again my Cambodian is non existent,  but it just adds to the experience. Pool is great, we had a few drinks around it at night time. Restaurant is also good. It isn't far from the beach and the Jetty for the Island trips.

Great Stay!

+/ 4 star modern hotel, very professional with impeccable customer service.(57 euros) The rooms are large and design, comfort is there. The pool is nice. The location is great, 300m from the nice and lively beach with the typical small restaurants and 500m walking from the very busy tourist street at night! But at least, we are calm to sleep. -/ There is no atmosphere or heat. A particularly Asian clientele type new rich. You have to go out and then it's Asia beach. Super!

It's efficient, modern, super-cool, but it's cold.

The hotel is very well located, spacious and comfortable and very clean. There is also a small balcony that gives you a beautiful view of the city. There is also a beautiful swimming pool. The wifi works very well! The beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and hospitable. It is one of the best hotels we have had during our stay and at a good price ($45).

very nice hotel

For vegetarians, breakfast was cheap enough, the room was spacious, but very dark and wet. On the first day, they put dirty bedding on the bed. We felt the hotel was overrated. The only plus is the good location.

An unpleasant and wet hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near the circle junction with the lions. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very crowded with Chinese tourists, so screaming and clapping the doors on the whole floor at 2pm or 6am is provided. There is a small swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast is standard.

In the heart of the city

The central location, the equipment is standard, the bathroom is good, the air conditioning is quiet, breakfast is very private, but it's quite tolerable, but in a couple of nights you won't understand the nuances... just when you needed the help of the battle, you won't find them here, only one boy was running.
