Very nice room. Clean!! Front desk was very helpful as we came in late and were hungry.  She suggested a local spot who delivered.  Would definitely stay here again. Having a kitchenette in the room was nice

Jocelyne and Gaétan are very friendly landlords and very caring with their clients. Rented on August 12 to rest and then New Brunswick we were very well so we rented the room for the return. Beautiful large room with all the comfort of the microwave refrigerator all for coffee and especially very clean. Beautiful land with a nice picnic table. At the back of the motorized park motel nice place to go for a walk and on the waterfront. A small gem.

A quiet little corner

The motel's terrain also houses a VR campsite, in the back. The motel has the usual mine of this type of establishment. I was in cabin # 17, the westernmost. Ideal location for me that fears noisy neighbors; the low noise of cars on the National 138 doesn't bother me but sleeps me... The cabin is large and clean, essential quality for a Québécois. Comfortable bed. Small table/work office. Mini-freezer. Very useful microwave. Cafeteria whose coffee is supplied upon arrival. Small coffee shop not included. Cable TV on display. A mobile air conditioner with a television is also very efficient. Access to and from the windows is very convenient. One can walk to the Fontainebleau de Montréal, which is a superb two-minute trail along the Appalachian River and the other canals.

We stopped in late and were greeted so kindly. Room was clean and equipped with tons of things- cups, frying pans, cutlery/utensils, coffee maker. Very clean too. Definitely making this our place to crash next time we come to Quebec City !

Amazing!!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms. We usually stay in a room with a kitchen and it is always well appointed. Everything you need to prepare and serve a full meal. We always look forward to our time here when we travel from the Maritimes to Ontario.

Great place to stop

We stayed one night while traveling with our dogs through the area.  The motel's owners were very pleasant and helpful.  Our room was very large, comfortable, and clean but was not one with a kitchenette.

There is a nice park about 200 m up the road that worked well for walking our dogs.  A slight inconvenience for us (in that we didn't want to leave our dogs alone or crated in the room) was that the nearest take out/ fast food outlet is about a 10 minute drive away.

We would certainly stay there again.

Above Average

We found this a handy place to stay on our trip back from Nova Scotia.  The first time we stayed here (in June) we also enjoyed the pack and waterfall next door to the property.  Be prepared that there are no really close restaurants open past 6 pm.
After months of shower only, I was longing for a bath and, unfortunately, there was not plug for the bathtub so I had to settle for another shower.  But other, than that, everything was great!

Clean well equipped room

We highly recommend Motel Parc Beaumont at 432 route du Fleuve, Beaumont Quebec which is thirty five minutes from Quebec City on highway 132.
Parc Beaumont Motel offers way more than a room at any of the chain motels or hotels along route 132 at a very reasonable price. 
Park at your door and enter into a suite with a full kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, counter, cupboards, full size table and chairs, couch, television, all utensils, and a bay window looking out onto highway 132.  All kitchen needs are there and ready.
Sleeping quarters are a full size attached room fully equipped, closet, side tables, radio and window.
Washroom is full size and fully equipped.
You will want for nothing. 
More like a bachelor apartment than a motel room.
Far and away the best place we have ever stayed for the money in this area.
Clean, well appointed and owners on site. These proprietaires certainly know how to run a business and offer a terrific value to travelers. 
Make this your home when travelling in this area.

WHAT A TRAVELER WANTS

Before going to St-Lazare-de-Bellechasse early in the morning, I decided to book a room in an establishment that would allow me to go to my appointment on a straight line. I had no worries, mild motels on the side of the highways are sometimes frequent. What a nice surprise to arrive at a place where there is a mention of the existence of a kitchen and or the equipment are there. Boilers, cups, dishes, etc. The room is in the next room, with a very comfortable bed, storage space and adjacent to a very clean bathroom without being ultra-modern. The gentleman at all was a friendly and friendly person, I recommend this place.

There are sometimes very pleasant surprises.

I stayed here all October because of the really affordable price, $615 for the whole month. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, clean and modern. There is a full kitchenette. The bed is out of the way. The bathroom shower is generous! This motel is combined with a VR campsite that runs along the St. Lawrence. A 237-step staircase allows us to access the river while having a stunning view of the Island of Orleans. On the strike, you will be intercepted by the noise of the keys of the Vincennes Moulin all over. If the shower is low, you can easily cross the friendship to the entrance to the St. Lawrence River. The two guests who are walking alongside the river, the owners of the Jocelines and the Marquette, are advised to walk down the street, and the owners of the Marquette will walk down the street.
