The hotel is located on the side of a road and has very poor sound quality. The broken windows let out the noise. You will feel as if you are sleeping on the side of the road in addition to enjoying the noise of the other rooms. The furniture is old and the equipment is from another era. We do not recommend it.

Get your balls kicked.

This Motel has been kicking around for awhile for sure.The room was small and cheaply furnished with some well dated furniture.The bed was ok but rather noisy when moving or shifting,The staff were nice and helpful,I will say that the place needed some work and updating but it WAS CLEAN.The price was reflective of the state of the accomodations considering it was Ottawa,We decided to cheap out a little for our second night stay so this is what we got, The location was not bad for the drive into the heart of the city.

Definetly needs improvement

I did not stay there but phoned to ask if any of the rooms had level entry so a wheelchair could enter. As soon as I mentioned wheelchair the person on the phone said no, no, no! We have none of that. He wanted nothing to do with me. I had to repeat that I was not asking if the room was officially accessible but if any rooms had level entry. He just said no. Impatient and non-helpful people.

Prejudiced against disabled

We just spent a weekend in this very clean motel. It all started with a warm and generous welcome (friendly owners with little care).We were even surprised by the photos posted on the site because seriously there were renovations, and nothing looks like the photos. Despite the photos posted, we always left for the affordable price but we were surprised and we are very happy to have taken the risk. Plus the motel is located in front of a Tim clean and there are plenty of restaurants within a minute walk. It was just perfect!

Seriously, it's a five star.

I mean, I've been to about 20 different hotels in the U.S. and Canada in the last seven months, so this isn't my first motel I've been to. Very badly maintained, unpolished, dirty room: -wood plates in the window, weird traces all over the bathroom, holes in the drapes, handless front door, out front door of the room lined with insects and spider webs... and I'm sorry!
