We had a very good stay. We stayed 4 nights. The motel is very clean, the towels are changed every day. There is a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a dining table in the room. There is air conditioning for the summer. Very good location, close to Quebec (with public transport), close to the falls and Jacques Cartier Park. You have shops next door (supermarkets, Tim Horton, Mcdo). Perfect for spending a few days or just one night.

Very good motel.

It's a nice little motel for a night out, very clean, a little narrow parking, a little noisy, a little too expensive, welcome, but we recommend it for a very short stay, very noisy air conditioning.

For Passersby

After reading reviews we did wonder what sort of place we had booked but needn't have worried. It wasn't luxurious but for the money we paid we weren't expecting it to be. Our room was spacious with a clean and comfortable bed. The owner was friendly and helpful and the location good. If you want cheap, clean accomodation in a good location about a 10 min drive from Old Quebec city and close to places to eat, book this motel.

Better than expected

We were kind of scared to see this place based on other reviews but it really wasn't bad. A comfortable bed, and clean. That's all we really needed. It came with a fridge, a vanity area and coffee pot. FYI, you have to lock the door from the inside. I loved having a bath however it looked old in there, reminded me of an old apartment we had. But we just needed a place to rest and for that it was perfect. 

Good for what we needed 

We asked the lady where the public transport used to go so that we couldn't get the car downtown and she didn't know what bus was passing or how much the parking was worth in the downtown area, little interest from her. Although the booking confirmation stated that it would arrive at 2:00 p.m. she said that at 4:00 p.m. she still left us empty in a suitcase room. The room was clean but the bathroom gave away the old oil. When we returned to the hotel to pick up the suitcases for the room that was assigned to us, we met a very unpleasant man with very good pictures, and they decided to go through the room to pick up the suitcases, but we decided to go through the company so we could get them out of the room.

We selected this motel via the Internet. It doesn't pay a dime from the outside, but the reception is nice. In the morning, coffee is available at the reception. Our double-bed room was very good. One important disadvantage: the bathroom sink is not in the room. No noise at night, we sleep very well. Good price ratio.

We were looking for a motel near Quebec City with a parking lot because the center can cause parking problems the motel looked nice in the photos it's actually really old, the strict minimum, but good

Step by step

It is located just a few kilometers from the historic centre of Quebec, and a five-minute drive from the magnificent Montmoranci waterfall (height 118m) and the magnificent Ile d'Orléans island. It is also close to the magnificent Basilica of Saint-Anne. You can walk to the picturesque St-Anne Canyon.

The perfect economic option.

Very clean. Very good reception. Literature OK but slightly lightweight (but common in Canada) curtains not very occult. Close to a bypass road, so noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Very welcoming

The reception was great, the lady at the reception is really nice to explain to you what Quebec City and the surrounding area has to offer. Over the threshold you're in a nice big bedroom, but... dark towels, and that's what you never hope to find in a hotel for the certainty of good cleaning.
