The loft is clean, well renovated with small kitchenette and kitchen accessories which is appreciated with the cost of the restos after being closed) the bed is comfortable. We had to contact the responsible lady because there were some inconveniences for arrival, for which the lady was not responsible. She took the time to tell me how to proceed kindly. Sorry for missing her call in the morning in order to offer us a bigger meal, because I admit we would definitely have taken it, although our loft was comfortable. The only negative points, we went around a couple of rounds before going to the street to get to Aragon (tard the evening) we ended up with a problem.

Really pleasant.

The room is freshly renovated with a small kitchen. Perfect for pandemic times. I came for work and the wifi connection was perfect. Very quiet place in downtown. I'll be back another season. The arrival procedure with code is easy. Quick check-in and checkout with easy contact with the supervisor.

A memorable stay

First stay here. Beautifully decorated room that looks like a small loft. We enjoyed having access to a small kitchen. There's even a mini dishwasher. Really nice as a place and very well located to stroll around.

A heartbeat

This boutique hotel is perfect all around:
- Great location (walking distance to old Quebec City which at this time of the year is magical, great restaurants close by & very easy to get to)
- Beautiful suite (stayed in a beautiful suite that had all amenities including expresso machine and full size kitchen appliances with well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable bed & super sized shower)
- Friendly & very customer focused staff
We will  definitely be back hopefully same time next year :)

Perfect all around

This hotel was a jewel in Quebec unfortunately, the new administration does not have the qualities to handle the clientele what a pity I will never go to this place again

Disappointment

I've had two lovely days at Vincent's. The staff are really here for you. The rooms are well equipped and clean. I recommend this place. I haven't had any problems with anyone. I'd come back to this place anytime.

We got a call from the hotel at about 3pm, especially in the context of a pandemic, but they said that there might be a room owner who would make us arrive at 6pm or 7pm, and we were told that there would be no one at the reception, that our keys would be on our bed, and that the door to our room would be unlocked. The landlord didn't make the prepayment as he should, he wanted me to give him my card information by phone after the stay. I just said I had to check my security statement and he yelled at me, I had to hang up. Ever since he keeps sending me emails accusing me of fraud and theft. And he forces me to reveal my credit card code.

Aggressive owner

After having had a wonderful experience two years ago, we just had the worst experience in the same place. We didn't know that the administration had changed. The hotel is being renovated, the finish is still to be done and...the household too. When we arrived around 10pm, the hotel is empty: no customers, no staff. We are the only ones in the hotel. Only room 8 has the door closed. Maybe there was a customer? The doors of all the other rooms are open, the lights are on everywhere. Our keys are waiting for us on the bed. The mattress is hard, the sheets are frozen. There is no creme for us to connect to the cafe, there is no responsibility for the richness of the bill of hospitality.

Stay away from this hotel!

We had such a horrible experience with this hotel that we can barely even believe it happened. The owner of the hotel was verbally abusive and threatened us physically when we arrived, for no reason at all. We had to call the police, left the hotel immediately, and were forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. Don't book this hotel.
