I have to be honest, when we saw it from the outside, we got our hands in the hair, it looked like a semi-abandoned motel, but in the end it was a good solution, the rooms are a bit dated, there's still the TV with the cathode tube, because they're very clean and spacious.

Good accommodation

Everything is at a minimum... very small room, but clean. Small refrigerator, shower, TV, free internet. For one night it's okay but the snow from the roof fell on my car, they came to pass the snowman at 4am although there was no snow except the one that fell from the roof.

a small motel

One of the cheapest places we found in Quebec. Even though conditions  are really fine so don't miss it if you like the location. Its 10 minutes away from old town if you have a car. You have shop right next to it - no problem with beer or wine ;) also many places where you can eat like subway, tim hortons and couple of other reastaurants. We totaly recommand it.

Great for reasonable price

We had no towels in the room because there was a lot of people but in less than 10 minutes we got our necessary towels they were coming out of the machine, the next day we even came back to do the cleaning!! it's very nice...not far from a restaurant to have our brunch....we'll come back if necessary we kept the card!!

Very clean and affordable

Little motel has a niceport,comfortable bed and very clean.You have to ask for a small refrigerator and there's no coffee maker.The place is next to the old Quebec, about 5 minutes by car.Lots of restaurants next door.Tree good for the ratio quality price, for a bed, shower, television.

Our 14 day experience was great and we had room 9 which had some minor electrical problems which was one outlet was broken because we couldn't plug items in (the plastic face was fine, the internal metal fins were either bent or part of a plug prong broke which stay stuck in the outlet, I told the hotel owner about it and his electrician will fix it, the other minor problem was in the bathroom, both of the light switches turned on and off the same fans and lights meaning you can use either switch to turn on/off the same fixture, the only major problem was that the plastic on the switch and gfci outlet were both cracked or broken.

Great with few minor electrical problems

Located quietly in the outskirts of Quebec, this small motel doesn't cost a dime but is very well maintained. We're not in a standardized room of an international chain: it's small but complete, we had a microwave in the room without problems, on our request. The price is very reasonable and even cheaper than expected! in 5 minutes you can drive to the historic district. I would go back without hesitation!

excellent quality ratio price

The room was clean and uninhabited, and the room had a microwave and a refrigerator to offer. Only when traveling with the family (4 people) is the room a little small.

A clean hotel on the outskirts of Quebec City

Room was clean but small. bathroom very small, no microwave or coffee maker. Tv didnt work. We asked for extra towels and was told no and if we did not like that we could take another motel knowing that the motels were booked cause of the festival. Will not stay there again!!!

Not very friendly

Although the room was very small in size, we found it meticulously clean and in good condition. The blinds let a lot of light through, which ensures a very early awakening even in cloudy weather. There was no coffee maker in the room, but a microwave and a small refrigerator. Very reasonable price and friendly reception.
