It's like a spacious one-person hotel suite, well-cleaned, hard to find, no signs that the hotel is just behind a big building, the internet a little slow but bearable, you have to wait 15 minutes after taking a shower, otherwise, it'll be the cold shower, until I was told at the reception;

Apartment hotel

I have travelled to China a number of times and am pleasantly surprised by Baihe Apartments . I came prepared to move to one of the more expensive hotels if this one didn't meet my requirements , as the amount I paid for 6 nights is equivalent to 2 nights at my usual 5 star hotel .  However apart from the beds, mattresses being typically hard,  the rooms are as depicted . ( I bought a small cot mattress underlay with me, problem solved  ) Neat and partially serviced daily . Lots of street food and some interesting restaurants,a family mart n fruit shop close by. A large shopping Centre is currently under construction across the road which will house Starbucks . 
Reception helped us get take out food delivered and have been very responsive to all our needs. 
I will most definitely be coming back here as Value for money  it really delivers without having to compromise to much.
Oh and two English speaking TV Chanel's . 
No tea coffee milk , cutlery provided so bring your own . Another big plus that even the big hotel chains could not deliver on was no smoking corridors nor any passive smoke coming through my air conditioners . 

Excellent value for the price 

I hate giving bad comments, but this was my worst experience ever in a 4.5 star (so called by trip advisor). First of all , nobody knows Bai He Hotel by its name in entire GZ(Guangzhou), not even its neighbours. It will be very difficult to reach here in case you are first timers. Also this is in hopson square premises where there are many more apartments and there is no coordination among these apartments. 
Secondly no air conditioner in the lifts and lobbies, no security. 
Kitchen is only for namesake, no induction is working in the entire apartment, you cannot lock washroom from inside, terrible, terrible, terrible.
You cannot communicate with them, even not in simple english. 
Personal Experience : At the time of checkout, they did ask additional money from me, reason being that I had put rotten towel in the washing machine, which I never kept and seems they themselves put in order to charge extra money, however I did not pay a single additional penny to them.
Recommend not to go in Bai He or not even in any apartment in the Hopson Square.
