Two minute walk from the bus station (where you can get the airport bus) and ten minutes from down town Pula, the location is excellent.
Our host Nada was lovely and the studio apartment was simple, cheap, clean, colourful and even some local Istrian grappa was supplied which was a lovely touch.

We slept very well and our host looked after our bags for 7 hours on checkout as we had a late night flight. Perfect inexpensive studio apartment in a good location.

When we arrived there and saw the façade so deteriorated, we trembled, as we entered and saw the stairs we thought of the worst, but as we went up, seeing the rooms and the kindness, attention and disposition of the lady who attended us, the surprise was capital punishment.

A very pleasant surprise!

We spent a night here and felt very comfortable. All the sights are in the immediate vicinity. The owner gave us many useful tips and even made us a coffee. It's just great! Thank you very much!

Great location, great owner.

Very clean and well furnished room, with a small cooking corner and everything you need for cooking, including moka. We enjoyed the fruit, coffee, fresh milk and the typical homemade liquor that the owner had us find in the room. The small bathroom is clean, equipped with everything. Perfect location 5 minutes from downtown, with private parking behind the building.

Cleanliness and location

Fantastic restful place! We arrived by car and they have a very convenient parking. We were received by Nada who is the personification of sweetness! She took the time to guide us through the MUST places in Pula and all of Istria. We then took a stroll to the city center and in just 5 min we see the Coliseum! The FIRST thing in Pula is already breathtaking! Beds are super comfortable and the amenities are unique! :D

Perfect place and location

The owner is very friendly, flexible and open to advice on what to do in Pula. The room is quite spacious and bright, and the location is more than acceptable in relation to the price. Lastly, the neighbors of the block are also very friendly and used to dealing with customers in the area.

Excellent quality/price

The guesthouse is located in a daunting building, but the rooms are recently renovated, comfortable and comfortable. Comfortable kitchen with the fridge. Small and a bit uncomfortable bathroom. Unacceptable the presence of only a tiny towel per person. Great location, 5 minutes from the arena. Parking available behind the building. Very nice the owner who provides many useful directions and makes you find in the fridge, milk, fruit and her honey liquor. There is also coffee and sugar.

A good solution for sleeping in Pola

As soon as you arrived, don't be frightened by the exterior facade of the building, I assure you that inside there is something completely different! Our room was spacious and complete with everything. The kitchen was very supplied: different types of coffee, condiments, fruits in the fridge, homemade honey grappa, dishes, etc. The room also has a breakfast table. The owner is very kind and will tell you a lot of useful information about the city.

Don't judge him from the outside!

Stayed our last night in Croatia. Made very welcome, arrived early but this was no problem for Nada, the charming host. Fruit, water, wine, milk in the fridge, everything you could need. Tips on what to see during our short stay together with maps were provided. Excellent Stay.

Excellent Stay

I forget her name, but our hostess was the most lovely person. We had just flown in from New Zealand and were very jet lagged, she gave us lots of tips about where to go while we were in Pula. We stayed here as a stopover before we carried onto Stinjan for Outlook. The room has everything you need and everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Make sure you have the address ready for taxi driver as we had A LOT of trouble getting there from Pula airport.
