I lived there from September to the end of January during my holiday abroad. Until today I did not get my deposit of 500€ back, despite numerous reports. In addition, I had a rat in the toilet during my stay in one of these apartments, but nothing was done. No apology, no response to numerous attempts to contact. Rat in the bathroom and no bail back

Great place for a short stay in Brno - small but very cozy studio. I enjoyed because of the good conditions (clean bathroom, sufficient space for me and my friend). I really recommend - it was a good choice to spend a weekend there! : )

Nice place!

The room is clean, neat, warm. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are comfortable, there are light switches everywhere. The stairs are a little steep, but if you climb carefully, it's unnoticed. Registration is fast. Good position, 5 minutes walk to the center. Quiet enough, even if in the center.

A good hotel for its price.

We found a good price at this accommodation and that is why we chose it, but was a big mistake! 
SHORT REVIEW: 
* Distance to Old Town: 18 min walk
* A nice girl at reception that speaks English
* Parking is 10 Euro, but you can park almost for free nearby
* The entire area seems a bit strange and unsafe
* The room is okayish, but we found strange stains on the wall, the mattress was broken and to sleep up there is kinda dangerous.
* The bathroom was stinking bad time!!!! 

Review: 
We found a nice staff (girl) at the reception that was speaking English well. Unfortunately the parking is not free at the hotel even though it has a huge area for it, but they ask for 10 Euro per stay. We parked near by for free between 18:00 and 7 AM and from 7AM if you put the hour in your windshield you can stay for 3 more hours for free. 
The room is okayish, We found some strange red stains on the wall as can be seen in the picture. The bathroom it looks not that healthy and the stink that was coming from the sewer was horrible!!! 
The "bed" was at another level and you had to take the stairs there, but the distance between the ceiling and the floor is like 1 meter. So if you wake up in the night you might regret. Also the mattress was broken as it can be seen in the picture. And the WORST thing about it is that at the bottom of the bed there is a wooden plank that is holding the mattress and during the night if you forget while crouching you might trip and fall from there on the stairs. 
You can hear the noises from outside pretty well. 
The entire area seems a bit unsafe and it looks like bad things are going to happen. During the night is pretty terrifying. 

All in all I would avoid this kind of places. Find something better!

Stay here if you have no alternative for same price.

In reviews they wrote that they were quite noisy, but we did not hear anything from them at night, nor in the morning, nor even more so at night, nor did we hear any hint of sound, and the banks were asleep.

It's a great cheap option.

Positives:
- it is near Mendlovo námestí, not far from the city center
-you have the small kitchenette with basic dishes in the room

Negatives:
-At 7:30 am we were awakened by drill, hammer and terrible construction noise. The noise was from another room and stairs- they did construction work in the same time as we were accommodated there. They even they did not bother to notice us before. They did not notice us when we booked accommodation, they did not mention it on checking and they did not give us any compensation. After our complains they stopped construction work at 12:00.
-The place is very noisy 24hours- you can hear noise from outside, traffic, from the street, another "apartments"
-It is not really the apartment, it is like cheap small student accommodation
-you have to climb the ladder to get into your "bedroom", where you have to be in squat position all-time- because the ceiling is low, the bedroom has about one-meter height. So it is not suitable for everyone
-not for couples- there are two separate uncomfortable mattresses- and they lied to us that they can prepare couple bed for us- you will always on two separate uncomfortable mattresses
-I found used tissue paper in the bedroom
-the pictures are not a truth, they are saturated and it does not reflect room authentically
-it is too hot and dark inside- no air-condition, no air ventilation. You can open the door to noisy parking yard but there is no insect net and no protection- everyone sees you from outside. You can open small window above the door but there is no insect net and it is too small. 
-No parking in front of your small "apartment" there is no free or low-cost parking as they claim on booking. There is expensive commercial parking for 50KC per 1 hour, so it is about 40 euro per 24 hours.
-Not worth for the money
-the "courtyard" is not really courtyard, but the public parking place

Noisy, uncomfortable, without own parking

Stayed here alone for 3 days, the apartment was clean and nicely presented. Only thing i didnt like was the ladder upto the loft where the beds were and that there was no tea or coffee. Also could have done with more towels. There is no TV in the apartment which i think would be a good addition as i was really bored on my own. Would stay here again.

Super clean appartments, has everything you need. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Would definately recommend this place. Had a great time staying at 7 right appartments. Its near the historical center of Brno and close to bars and restaurants.

                                             

Excellent place with even better service

We stayed at this hotel three times. The first two times we really enjoyed each other, unfortunately the third we found the apartment not so clean is with a strange smell. And I really care about cleaning!

A good hotel.

We stopped by for two nights late, called the reception, warned that we were delaying, welcomed us very kindly, quickly settled in, showed us the nearest restaurant (at the Starborno brewery).
