Room was clean and comfortable . You must to appointed for check-in time because owner not available 24 hours.
Short walk to own town area . If you come by bus from Prague get of at chesky krumlov first stop near  Budweiser Gate (Budějovická Gate) for short walk to pension than get off at main bus terminal

Home stay with room for guest upstair. 

Located not far from the centre of Cesky Krumlov, CK pension is a 3 bedroom cottage and a small common room/kitchen.The room is very well decorated and spacious, the house is new and it is neat and very clean.We enchanted from the first moment and thank its owner for the facilities given.

An ideal home.

Small but fine: my room was modern, only the TV is rather difficult to operate, finding German-speaking sessions takes a lot of time (a list from the hotel would not be a mistake)! Breakfast is not provided, but coffee and tea are provided free of charge.

Nice boarding house in Villa

I've never stayed at a place this clean. There was not a speck of dust or a dot of stain. anywhere in the room or bathroom. The official photos are a true reflection of the actual state of the room. 

All the rooms are on the first floor so you need to carry your suitcase up the stairs (which are a little narrow). Our triple room faced the morning sun so it was not too hot in the afternoon (there is no aircon). But it is hard to sleep in because the light streams in through the bathroom and roof window despite the blinds. The room is not very big though, and you need to watch out for your head due to the sloping roof. But our heads survived, even the one sleeping on the single bed under the sloping wall (but only barely). 

Electric kettle and coffee is available at the common room downstairs but not in individual rooms. But there are only three rooms so it is fine to share. We felt safe here too - the main door was locked and card accessed, and so were the rooms. It is easy to walk to the town center too. Stay here so that you don't have to subject your suitcase wheels to the cobblestone streets in the old town. No food or grocery store in this area, so get what you need in the old town before returning here. 

The staff sat us down during check in to brief us on where to go and what to eat. Really appreciated her tips and resources. Check-out was a breeze and fuss-free. Just drop the key card and close the door behind you. They allowed luggage storage after check-out too. 

One thing to take note of though - the bus stop Spicak where Student Agency bus drops/picks you is on the opposite side of the main road, so you need to cross via overhead bridge.

Clean, convenient, cosy

We enjoyed our stay at CK Pension.  Although not in the old city itself, it is only a short walk away.  In fact, for those with a car, it includes convenient off-street parking.  the room was small, clean, and functional - we had everything we needed.

Located a few hundred metres from the centre, the property is very new and has only 3 rooms. Check-in and check-out must be agreed as there is no actual reception. The rooms are all functionally furnished and equipped with safe and refrigerator.

A pleasant stay

It's a really nice boarding house, just three rooms, all new and modern, the rooms are very clean and neat in every detail, it's just outside the historic center, walking distance, in five minutes.

It's a very nice pension.

The guest house is about 15 minutes from downtown, you can park in the owner's yard, spacious bedroom and bathroom, I don't like the carpet that unfortunately is found in so many facilities abroad.

One night in Cesky.

Renovated in 2012, this 3 bedroom pension is light, airy, attractive and modern. It is just off the nearest modern road around the historic centre, and 5 minutes walk to the start of the old walled city.

The hostess does not have English but a young woman came and translated as we checked in and out.

NB Breakfast is no longer offered but free coffee and tea is on tap from a machine, glasses and crockery, and a helpful list of suggestions to eat, including 2 with discounts.

Room 3 was the side facing away from the old town and had the sun in the afternoon and evening. The other two rooms faced the morning sun and one appeared to have windows on 2 sides and thus towards the old town. The room was a good size with the continental twin beds together double bed, mirrored massive wardrobe cum shelves unit, and which contained a small fridge, small safe and some crockery.

There was a flatscreen TV but no English language programmes. 

We initially found the free wifi not to connect well but then it "warmed up" and worked well.

The small bathroom had a good shower, basin and wc, + integral hairdryer. All water was extremely hot. There was liquid soap for the basin but not shower.

Guests had the use of the garden.

Free parking and the gate was shut at night.

Our only issue was that the weather was extremely hot when we were there, so we needed to have the windows wide open and which thus let in the insistent noise of the road traffic much of 24 hrs pd.

Sparkling clean and modern rooms near the medieval town

So first of all, contrary to all the other claims: there's no breakfast there and you don't have a view of the castle, at least not from the garden! The rooms are clean and correct. You can park your car locked up well. Although it's on a very busy road, it's been pleasantly quiet at night. The recommended breakfast locations have disappointed me all the time, and walking into the old town, even if only for 10 minutes, is a bit of a habit.
