Svachovka has a bit the feel of a summer camp:  the attractive complex of buildings, remotely located 5 km from Cesky Krumlov, is grouped together like a compound and the spartan rooms are outfitted with modest wooden dorm-like furniture (I never saw an upholstered chair anywhere on the premises).  The Herculean effort to restore and refurbish this former farmstead is impressive and its appeal as a wedding, event and meeting venue is obvious.  Front desk and restaurant staff are amiable and professional but you may have trouble communicating with housekeeping staff, and English is all but absent from the printed material provided in the rooms.  The food in the restaurant -- mostly traditional Czech fare -- is excellent and portions are generous, and the breakfast buffet is substantial.  The restaurant serves beer brewed on the premises and we found it quite drinkable.  Cesky Krumlov is overrun with tourists by day and retreating to Svachovka provides a pleasant, quiet respite from the crowds.  

Lovely Remote Oasis 

The rooms are neat and clean, we were welcomed and welcomed, and the New Year's package with half board and dinner on New Year's Day was a great offer for me, and there would have been a community party on New Year's Eve.

Nice stay near Cesky Krumlov

We stayed a week for golf and the room was lovely, air conditioned and good beds. Very friendly staff and we even were allowed to charge our hybrid car. Definitely a good place to stay and enjoy the golf course. They have a distillery and spa, we sampled the liquor and loved it.

Really nice rooms

Located in the countryside outside Český Krumlov. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast. Beautiful surroundings including a golf course and also a distillery and a chocolate manufacturing. During our stay tours to these manufacturing parts were arranged through the reception, which was very appreciated. The staff was very supportive and friendly, and English was not a problem. 

Countryside hotel

We booked this location to be out of the crowd and close to Cesky Krumlov; the place is charmy, next to a golf yard; they produce distilled spirits, beer, and chocolate; as wellcome they made us taste a couple of liquors; they care a lot about their production and of course I had to buy some; the apartment we had assigned (the suite) was very wide, comfortable, and clean, with a big living room/kitchen where also the double bed was included and with an additional bed room with two single beds. We also experienced the restaurant which is good; something better could be done for breakfast, almost no sweet stuff to eat, and the swimming pool was too cold.
But I would recommend it with no doubt.

Grate relax

I was here with family for short stay (me, hubby, our kid) I am writing it in english so everybody can read this.

- in room no fridge(in some maybe)
- furniture quite out of date and for example we cannot open the closet because of bed, somebody built closet next to bed and when you are not able open both doors you cannot use any of drawyers
- when there is wedding it is not good - they have almost every weekend some wedding and wedding guest are loud, happy people and when you sleep in main building in summer (in room under the roof) it is very hot no air condition and no possibility to open window so it is not good night for you
- when there is wedding half of the outside tables are for wedding so golf playes just have five big ones at upper side (not to much for big hotel) (there are many tables inside but who wants to be inside in summer lovely evening)
- when there is wedding you are not allowed to go to swimming pool and say it to you kid who loves swimming and you are paying hotel including possibility to swim that he is not allowed to swim?????
- breakfast is super boring every day absolutely same, coffee is really bad in that machine and juice is something from powder, even when you can buy awesome jams here you will not find any by breakfast
- and the biggest minus is that they are treating different czech and other guests like for example I payed for 2 coffees  (espresso) 80CZK and guest next to me (german speaking) payed 80CZK for just one just the same one, second example: my hubby was playing golf (he went at flight with 2 boys from Austria) and they payed the same but my hubby was allowed to play 10 and 13 but boys was almost attacked to go out of green because they are not allowed to play more - different treating for czech people :( this makes really bad advertisement for our Czech people :( and we will never go back to such place

On the southern Czech brewery Glokner (Glokner) I occasionally encountered info on the coastal spaces of the net (where the same brewery is often found), but I could not get to know him any better. In February 2019, I happened to be in the Czech Republic in the Czech Republic, and at the suggestion of a long-time Czech acquaintance, I arrived at an expensive place with the unusual name Svahovska Lgotka (where the same brewery is often found).

I got to know Swachovskaya Lgotka.

We spend 3 nights in this hotel for golf, and some visit of Cesky Krumlov. 

We liked it very much, we had a room on top of the distillery and it was quiet and roomy. 

There is not much to say as everything was good, we had the Beer brewery and Distillery tour, very informative and the tasting was lasting for ever :) they do good stuff and we went home with quite a choice of their fruits alcohol and Jam. 

Dinner was excellent, but disappointed the last dinner as they had only a reduced menu card and we could not order what we had in mind, (I expect that they had to reduce it as they had a wedding reception to provide) but good quality food in any case. 

Golf was of good quality and well maintained. 

I would definitely comeback to this place in a future visit to Czech Rep, great place to stay for golf and at same time close to Cesky Krumlov.

Golf vacation

Today we went to the beer spa located at the hotel and had an amazing experience. Right from the phone call the day before to after leaving the staff were excellent. We got to the venue by bus from cesky krumlov and a short walk, opted for a very well priced taxi back into town after. The beer spa was amazing and highly recommend to anyone who visits any where near by. We chose this place as it was close to cesky krumlov and the spas looked authentic being made from wood. The beer brewed here was very good and the food at the restaurant was also great. Highly recommend!! We didn't stay in the hotel so this review doesn't apply to that but we will definitely be back next time to stay in the restaurant and revisit the beer spa.

Beer Spa experience

This place is a little bit remote, but if you look for peace and relax for reasonable price and great service level, this is the place. Superb location, surrounded by nature and golf course, great hotel and restaurant services, family atmosphere, friendly staff. Definitely the place of my choice for the next visit to Cesky Krumlov area...
