We booked 3 nights here, the location is excellent and you can drive from the ski slope almost to the room. The rooms are totally outdated, the shower is almost medieval and hardly usable. The beds are hellishly uncomfortable with thin mattresses. There are no towels or soap. We booked a room with our own bathroom, the others have communal showers. The room was halfway clean. The service lady was friendly. The ski room is cold and wet, there was no chance of drying anything. When paying we were also charged thanks to free exchange and payment only in the national currency. Our price at booking was indicated.

Not the runner

This was the most horrible boarding house I've ever seen!! The rooms are so cramped and tiny. There was a modest smell in the air all over the house. Only one toilet for a whole floor!! The collecting toilets can't be locked. We were so shocked by this accommodation that we decided to look for a new boarding house. Sleeping under the bridge is better than that.

It's awful!

This place is terrible! the rooms are dirty, small, covered in dust, with no proper heat. No hangers to hang our jackets, not even a chair to seat on at the end of the day. 
There in only one toilet for 7 rooms and one shower with low water pressure, no lock on the door!
Ski room smells as if somthing died in there, wet and cold. Although there is free WIFI, it sucks in the rooms and only works in the hall.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!

Presumptive unfriendly boss reserved rooms are given away money there's no return luck is another nice pension jumped in otherwise my family with four kids would have had to sleep on the street

The last dirty hole in such a room you wouldn't offer your worst enemy even mold on the room

Worst place I have been to in Spindlerovy Mlyn.
Rooms were very small, smelly and without heat! Also the blankets were not so fresh and maybe even with bedbugs! Storage room for snowboard/ski was also cold and wet, so it was impossible to dry your stuff. On the floor there is only one toilet and bathroom (without locker!).

Breakfast was small and simple, but ok. Location is the best thing here (close to lifts and in the city center). There was also free wifi.

I DO NOT recommend this place.
