It's a very small boarding house. There's a lot of old wood on the walls and in the rooms. It creates a warm atmosphere. The room was small but nicely furnished and perfectly sufficient for a short stay. The bathroom is modern and has a hot tub. It's actually quite quiet down the side street, but the rooms are a little bright, but it's marginal. The gas chamber is raw. In the front area you sit at high tables and further back at regular tables. For the accommodation, the price is good. The breakfast buffet is very rich overall. The mandatory snacks and the cold eggs unfortunately were almost adequate. The price is almost marginal, but the restaurant is very good, but you can hardly find a good restaurant with 50 euros and a very good menu.

A very poor boarding house with a lot of wood

Clean, cosy, renovated rustic in fascinating Nymburk. Perhaps a little over-priced, and the staff could be a little friendlier, but a good sleep, warm room, hot power showers with soaps, shampoo and hairdryer. Alas, the wifi in the room did not work.
A simple, tasty breakfast though not much in the way of black tea - just Early Grey.

Good location in the town, and on a quiet and interesting street. The building itself has quite a story. 

But go to U Gregoru for the best food and beer in Nymburk!

Nice and clean room... But very small for this price. 
Horrible staff with impolite communication.

NEVER MORE

I had the opportunity to stay at this B&B twice within one week. We unfortunately traveled during a hot June week, and the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable initially,  with wide open windows they cooled down somewhat, no AC. 
The showers are small, the beds are fairly comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow. 
Room number 3 is very nice and roomy and has a lovely whirlpool tub.  Its windows,  however open onto an area above the garden restaurant, and the cigarette smoke drifts into the room so bad it made me gag.  
The entire facility is very clean and beautifully decorated. I wish our breakfast experience had been as great as our dinner experience. 
The breakfast is served from 7 to 9 AM, and we came down at 8:30. They were no bread rolls only bread, no yogurt, and the coffee machine was out of coffee beans. 
The elderly lady, that was in charge of setting up breakfast, advised me that she is not responsible for refilling the coffee machine and directed me to have instant coffee instead, and she said the owner had not gone shopping yet and that’s why they were no more yogurts. She dared to add that if we got up earlier, we would’ve had more choices, LOL,  then proceeded to clear away the buffet table. At 9.10 she had asked us to leave, as she had to put up the furniture and clean the floor. I understand she was focused on her task, but this is no way to treat paying guests. I would recommend getting a more polite staff or a customer service inservice for the old lady. The advertised free parking consists of paid parking on the street, coin operated.


Lovely quaint B&B with grumpy breakfast staff

Very nice place to stay. First impression: I order by direct email a room with jacuzzi, witch I didn't get.Instead I got room with sauna,I said ok,it's a win win... after a great dinner, where food was delicious with nice prices, when I wanted to use the sauna, it wasn't working, so I went to ask the same  unfriendly Bartender,who checked me in, what I'm doing wrong, he replies: "you?nothing. It's broken", then he left. But the morning shift (older lady) was awesome. Thank you for people like she was. 

Over first bad impression, enjoyed it

The room was well furnished, with a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. We only stayed there one night/night, but we felt like we had taken a break for several days.

A Refuge of Refreshment

We were satisfied with both the quality of the food and the service. Everything was very tasty. The menu is in Russian and the staff also speaks Russian. The restaurant itself looks very cool inside!!! We tried the steak, steak, ribs, the children took chicken cottons with the purée (one serving for 2 of their children was enough).

Late family dinner.

It's a great place to stay for the weekend, and the town has night walks, and getting out of here in the evening means you don't feel the Nimburg, and the boarding house and the restaurant are in the center, so all the roads lead... to the room.

Good prices, big spacious room with some wood, excellent atmosphere - old fashion, very good heated, excellent staff.

Very good breakfast - various smoked meat, cheeses, cornfalkes, yogurt.
Free parking, 30 minutes by car to metro Cherny most - Prague. On Cherny most full-day parking 20Kc or free on "Metro" shopping center parking.

You'll have to pay cash - they are not accepting creadit cards!

Very nice cute place to stay

The food here was really yummy. We especially liked the sausage appetizer! Good beers, good chicken dishes and friendly service.
