The booking pictures and descriptions are very misleading. Stay away from this place. Other than three stars. The garage in my house is much more comfortable and clean. We booked for 4 nights but after the first night we decided to leave. We asked the receptionist if it was possible to get a refund but they refused. Through booking assistance the owners of this place did a lot of cleverly saying initially that they would refund the next day the entire amount. After a week the money had not yet been refunded and I had to call for assistance. After 4 booking calls he decided to refund the amount directly and then compete with the structure that did not behave properly.

Panic hotel, stay away from me.

This was the worst hotel we have ever visited. Definitely not a 3 star not even a half star. When i moved a bed, an old bottle was there, we have feeling that there was some dirt all around. Bathrooms was awfull. It lookes completly differend than on photos on booking.com. Service was allright. The only positive was, that when we woke up we were so motivated to moved ASAP to the next place on our list. do not go there it kills all the mood.

Stay away from this place !!!

I'm still wondering how I made the mistake of booking this. I am usually cautious and do a lot of research before booking accommodation, but I've recently failed and I'm here to warn other travellers.
First thing first: this is not a 3-star hotel. It shouldn't be. It could be a motel, at best. And there is no restaurant (wouldn't have eaten there anyway). No coffee in the morning, sorry for the bad news! 
But the biggest problem with this place (other than the old communist look) is that the walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear everything going on in all the other rooms. And I do mean everything. Hostels are way more quiet than this. 
On the plus side, the receptionist was very nice and the bedsheets were clean. Room was also clean. 
The rest of the experience was very bad, as I couldn't sleep all night, found the hotel/motel shady and had to look for accommodation early in the morning again. We wanted to spend several nights there, but left after the first sleepless night. 


Not a 3-star hotel

The man that checked us in was unfriendly and unhelpful. 
The room was dirty. Dead bugs in the lights and the carpet hadn't been cleaned. Pillows were awful. Showers (shared) were broken. No positives.

Disgusting hotel, avoid at all costs 

The main drawback is the hearing. It's 4:30 in the morning, and we're not sleeping... because the neighbors came back an hour ago, and we can hear every breath they take. They're talking and screaming.

It's awful.

I've never been in a hotel that smells so bad and is in such bad shape. What was wrong? Windows with broken handle, infiltration from the ceiling, unusable TV, shower that doesn't discharge, power sockets that are not yet available, but it's cheap... What makes the hotel indecent is that NO POLICE! Asking the staff is explained that rooms are cleaned only every 4-5 days (we've been there 4 nights and no one has ever gone through, not even to empty the trash).

The worst hotel I've ever seen

In addition to the metro, you have to make 4 bus stops to Ohradní. In the evening it is a sparsely populated area and not very reassuring. Good level of cleaning for both the rooms and the bathroom.

Cheap hotel for those who don't have high expectations!

A cheap hotel in the outskirts of Prague, but fortunately well connected to the city centre by numerous buses passing along the sidewalk. The staff were kind and know English. Rooms are not very large, but clean. In our room there was a small bathroom. Good Wi-Fi. In the area there is a market open until late (where you can buy transport tickets) and several places to eat.

Perfect for those who don't have high expectations.

Disappointing at best, super poor breakfast, poor staff, very hot room (no air conditioning); only favourable point near the subway so you get to the centre quickly; for everything else it is really poor, I strongly recommend, maybe it's good for the peones

We are very disappointed!!!

This hotel is located in an area about 30 minutes from the center but is well connected to the bus station Ohradnì (about 200 meters from the hotel) where you can take several buses that then take you to the capitol which will then take you to the metro to the center (for a shorter route we recommend taking the 150).
