One of the most awful place ever. When we arrived the room was filthy: dust on the floor, mould in the shower and dirty blankets. They never changed our towels or sheets. The windows were also broken. The bathroom was as big as the wardrobe which made weird noises. The sink wasn’t large enough to make you wash your face. 
The breakfast which was included, was poor (bread, coffee, cold milk and only apricot jam). 
The reception closes at 10pm (after which you have to enter from a side door) but during the day nobody is there. 

Pros:
The hotel is located far from the city centre (Prague 2) but the tram stops are really near (one minute by foot) and it takes approximately 20 min to reach the center. 

Terrible experience 

We visited this place in July and we could not believe how dirty and disgusting was the whole place 😖 I just recommend all of you guys, who are in the first floor, check your bed and mattress. Maybe they already changed it, but I don't think so. Never again

A disgusting place

Unfortunately, there is no parking at the hotel. There is no TV in the room. The light in the staircase goes out too fast. There are no springs in the staircase. Everything is very bright. There are mold stains on the walls. The mattress fell through the bedrest. The mattress is torn. There is no storage in the shower. Towels are broken. Broken glasses at the breakfast cellar. Plus point I don't want to forget good WLAN NOGO......But now I'm leaving and I'll never come back.

Flat-rolled products of iron or steel

I would not call it hotel. It is a family mansion. It is clean, room is big and with a tall ceiling. But it is an old building, everything is old, to open the door you need to push real hard the handle. The windows do not close too good. In May it was quite chilly in the room. The bathroom sink is tiny, and the shower has only a fix part from the wall and it was spreading water in all directions. The TV looks more like a laptop screen. It is quiet when there are no neighbours in the other rooms. Otherwise you can hear everything they talk. 

The breakfast means some slices of ham, salami and cheese, coffee, milk, tea, cereals and yoghurt. Everything was fresh.

 The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning in the room was made daily. Towels changed 3 times in 4 days. There is no iron. 
The street is quiet when there are no cars driving. Due to the street pavement it is noisy when cars are passing by. But this does not happen too often.

 There is a Lidl shop at a 5 minutes walking distance. Karlov most is at 1 hour walking, but it is a nice walk by Vltava river. Vysehrad castle and park is at 5 minutes walk. Safe area, although it does not look very nice, being quite close to the railways and a suspended road.

Korean restaurant and 2 local pubs less than 5 minutes away on the same street. Nice coffee shop across the street.

I do not think I would recommend this place unless you do not find anything closer to city center. Or something in a newer place.



Budget place

For example, at 3*** you will never find dusty batteries, but here please! 2) The old house, built a few stains of steel, but not clean, will not smell. 1) It's definitely not 3 stars. It's a good two-piece. That is, for demanding customers, it's not right away. There's a saying for the hotel we just want to stay overnight. This is just about Sun Flowers. I gave a star because it's less than impossible. I decided to spend a few days, corresponding to Pasqua, in Prague. The girl at the reception is very friendly and friendly. I just try to book a little further away. I find this hotel for 3 nights, bathroom, breakfast included, Wifi, three stars, 183 euros. The price seemed acceptable for a hotel 3 stars away from the center. When we arrived, we were welcomed into a hall to say little. The girl at the reception is very friendly and kind.

Weight

The hotel was very nice and available for the entire duration of the stay. The rooms are modest but well-heated and with comfortable beds. Something to laugh at, unfortunately, about the cleanliness: I would have expected the daily change of towels and, above all, to find the clean bathroom on the way back to the room in the evening. International breakfast included in the price, with pasta, salts, cheeses, cereals and jams, milk, definitively and coffee. It is modest, but as it is paid (less than 60 euros for 4 nights) you can certainly not find more than an atmosphere. The other side of the door is a pleasantly welcoming door, and you can definitely enjoy a nice alternative to the hotel by walking to the hotel, standing in about 40 minutes or walking to the hotel.

Great for those who don't have too many demands.

As soon as we arrived at the small reception, we were greeted by friendly and available staff. The hotel, family-run, is as good as the elevator-free room, staff and breakfast. An eight-minute walk to the tram stop that leads directly to the center in 20 minutes. When we left, for a modest price, they found us a car with a driver who accompanied us to the station. Good quality price ratio. Overall, I recommend!

Kindness and courtesy

Pros: Gentle and available staff, good breakfast, although not too varied, included in the price of the room. Comfortable bed. Counter: Cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom. Recommended as a base in Prague.

For the price, you can go, but without too much pretence.

When we booked we realized that it wasn't a 5 star so when we arrived the expectations were met: for what it costs is fine! Comfortable rooms, they clean them if you ask them, like towels, beds you have to redo them yourself (but it's a moment); maybe some extra shelves (especially in the bathroom) and a lamp on the dressing room, they would have been pleased. Sufficient breakfast with coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, cereal, yogurt, bread, ham and salads maybe in a little bright environment but the music is great. Gentle and available staff even if not always present, especially reception. 300m from the tram stop 18/14 that in a quarter and 24 hours with crown brings you to the center, what more do you want?
