Very good place at a great location, just outside the center. The private parking is a big plus, and from here it's easy to reach the rest of Prague. Peter is a good host, and the apartment is clean and well stocked.

Great place

We rented these apartments for 10 days. We arrived early, called the landlord, he told us that the room was not ready yet, but we could leave our things. The girl who was cleaning the apartment gave us the keys and we went to lunch. For 10 days no one came to clean or change the towel, but it's a small thing.

It's a great place.

We stayed here for 7 nights in August- a family of 1 adult, a 17 year old and an 11 year old. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a small balcony overlooking a residential area. 
We were on the 6th floor and the lifts were well maintained and quick. 

The manager was pleasant and helpful- please note there is no reception area, and no buzzer for assistance from the street- you MUST phone in advance and meet the manager on the street to get the keys (which was simple to do) 

There was a washing machine (bring some detergent), iron and board, clothes airer, hairdryer, ample storage and kitchen equipment/ all in good clean condition. 

The cleaner emptied the bin every day- and changed towels once. The bedding is up to you to change or wash. 

If I had to find fault, the kitchen sink drain was a bit smelly, but other than that, really good value. We paid £51 a night.

The building has a large supermarket and drug store within it- so useful, you could buy all toiletries on arrival. 
I would recommend MOOD as a nice place to eat, just downstairs across the street, we went twice (there is a terrace seating area at the back). The Indian was nice as well. We also got take away Pizzas once and they were delicious and really cheap. 

The trams (5&9) and the bus (207) take you to the centre very easily and run all the time- public transport is brilliant in Prague



Pretty damn good 

Excellent value for money! We stayed here for a long weekend and were thoroughly pleased with our stay. When we arrived we were personally checked in and told how to get around the local sites and use the local transport, he was very friendly.

The apartment has all that you need and is a nice distance from the hustle and bustle of central Prague. We got Uber everywhere as it was £2/3 per journey into central Prague. Nice shop also on the ground floor where you can pick up everyday items and more. 

Only reason that this wasn't a five is because the bedding was not very comfortable and the cooker was not very good but apart from those minor problems it was a great stay and we would stay here if we returned to Prague! 

Great apartment for weekend stay!

Overall great apartment, huge bedroom and bed. 5 minute walk to the tram stop which are very frequent and easy to use and approx 25 min to walk to the city, great location as nice and quiet. Supermarket, chemist and tobacconist right under the apartment. Only minor grumbles really and can't complain for the price - checkin was a bit messy and unorganised, toilet was a bit smelly and the duvets/sheets on bed weren't very comfortable or cosy. Overall good for the price and would recommend if you want a quiet specious base for exploring the city 

Quiet, spacious base

My stay was too comfortable. Everything I need is available. Trams and Bus is within walking distance or take it as a good exercise if you find it too long to walk from the Apartment to the nearest bus stop.

Stupendous Apartment

I stayed for one night at the Vitkov Residence. A good Russian-speaking employee met me, took me to the apartments, handed me the keys, took the payment, photographed the passport. Everything quickly.

Feel like home / Feel like home

Nice apartment, clean, everything there! low-floor garage in the house (€10,-/day)! In the house supermarket, drugstore and various bars nearby! You should have a contact tel. There, but it is also at the door! After the call, about 5 minutes later, someone was there for the key to instruction, everything was fine-tuned!!! Caution: cash payment!!!! ATM is nearby and with more overnight stays, payment is possible the next day too! Everything fits! 😋

For a short trip, all right.

Everything is even better than the photos on the internet on all the websites. I had a Deluxe studio. The price/quality ratio of the eyes is even at the level))! I'm very happy with the rest and Prague, I'm radiating it again in less than a week!)))

Very dignified.

The hotel was chosen for a relatively good location: nearby is a tram stop, you can walk to the Porohov gate in 15 minutes. The windows of the hotel go out into a quiet street, the neighbors have not heard either. The rooms have a kitchen, a minimum set of dishes and a teapot.
