We did the reservation via booking for one double room for DKK 1300.- but then have been "diverted" into another very simple Lodge - where we had to organize our breakfast ourself, and was not the service and standard as we have been promised. - The ownder does overbookings and sending guests to cheaper lodges - which is by far not fair versus the paying guests. good luck in future....

Attention 

This is a lovely place to stay. My room was small but beautiful. There is an attractive courtyard and garden. The breakfast is a superb Danish spread. The host went out of his way to be helpful, including making up a breakfast tray for my early departure. Bikes can be hired here.

An outstanding accommodation.

Apartment for four people, clean and comfortable and complete with everything, close to the center. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, kitchen floor, refrigerator etc. Check in self service very simple, a code is sent via SMS a few days before, relating to your apartment, inside the box you find the key. Check out just as simple. Bathroom and bed linen supplied, you need to make your bed but it's fun..I park three places marked in their yard, otherwise free parking along the road, in front of the school.Wi-Fi excellent. Recommended!!

Everything is perfect.

I was in this facility in August 2017 with friends, we stayed in two mini apartments, because this is what it is and not a B&B, and we found ourselves quite well enough first of all I have to report that we have to arrange everything and everything: when you book you should get a code and then access one of the locked boxes where you find the keys to the various apartments, it's a shame that the code never came to me! Luckily there's a guest lady who explains to me the arcade and shortly afterwards a guy who is not very efficient but part of the staff and we solve the problem the building is renovated, the courtyard is well enough, with a small polish enclosure from the garden to relax, the location is not very bad, the hotel is not very nice, but usually you have to go to the center and the room, but if you have to go to the bathroom, we have to pay a lot of money, but in the case of the other two apartments, it would be a very nice room, but it was a nice room with a nice bathroom, but we also had to get a nice room

Great, big apartment, minus the one room.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean and very well furnished but not suitable for 6 people. In addition to the 2 double rooms there are two very uncomfortable drawers that must be placed in the living room where there are no windows. The area is very quiet and the center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Beautiful and well maintained also the common garden. Skagen is really wonderful!

I am not going to lie to you.

Caters for so many people. I was sleeping in one of the outdoor lodges. Only problem was the wifi didn't reach that far a lot of the times, but wasn't a big issue. Very short walk to town centre. Nice little place.

Relatively close to the train station in a quiet neighborhood.  It only took about 7 minutes walking and 3 mins. biking.  
I had the windows open in my room (A1) and couldn't hear anything but the breeze in the trees outside.  The beds were comfortable, not too soft and not rock hard, as were the pillows, giving me a very restful sleep.  You do need to make your own bed with linens provided in shrink wrapping which takes a maximum of only a couple minutes. 
The room was well lit with a small table and two chairs.
I didn't watch any TV while in the room since the wifi was strong enough to comfortable stream movies and skype.
The shower was nice with a strong water pressure.  The toilet was in a separate room and was quite a tight fit since I don't necessarily have the slimmest frame.  The kitchen I did not use but everything you needed was available.  Only one person could use it at a time as it is a very tight fit.
As for the sound leaking from other rooms I can't say.  I believe I was the only person there for the night when I stayed.
Overall, it's a good option when visiting the town.  Rent a bike like I did from the station and lock it up at the bike rack at the entrance to the guest house.
The only thing that may be a problem for some are the stairs leading up to the room where I was.  Very steep staircase

Good option

I had a simple double room with a beautiful view of the garden. There are plenty of seating and sleeping facilities and a large barbecue. For a longer holiday in the summer, this is definitely very nice. The bathroom with shower you share with the people from four other rooms. There is also a small kitchen corner where you can find everything you need. Check-in is done without staff. You find the key in a small key safer. You get the pin for it by text. The room was quite small and you have to get the bed yourself. The owner I saw was super nice. It is close to the center of the hotel, but not in the center.

Easy boarding for holidaymakers

We stayed at these apartments for two nights and had a really good time, with ready-made beds and generally good cleanliness.

Good accommodation

We decided to overnight in Skagen at the last minute and, although we don't usually opt for apartments, thought this would be our best option. We were not disappointed. A 5-minute walk from the centre of town with free private guest parking, we were warmly greeted by the owners. The apartment - located in a charmingly laid out complex - was small but spotless with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Excellent value and very happy to recommend it.
