Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food and a meeting point with the sea and some history. The sea view from the restaurant is spectacular. All the hostel is set to navigation. The delicious food and the very good service.

My visit was on Friday, November 4th, frankly I will not be returning, the only good thing is the view, we went to dinner and listen to the show but I really felt cheated first charge 5 dollars alone to enter, to that we must add the consumption, that day was totally full it seemed to have been rented by a large group, the singer will have sung about 30 minutes and then they passed the event of this very large group, gentlemen are paid to listen to music not to go to third-party events, the table they assigned us was far from where the singer is located, to put me at home a speaker and listen to music, food for a picnic for 3 people 20 dollars but I would not have to pay for that big thing, few marshals, and pedamen because they have a very varied card to return to that very basic stuff.

Beautiful views, expensive prices and fast food.

I've gone several times in the hope that they've changed the chef because it's a place that I love a lot for the view and the decor, its museum is very nice but 100% neglected (dirty like the bathrooms).And with respect to the restaurant service, the very bad food, hard and dry fish and the charter of the Super Basic Restaurant, something very frustrating for a restaurant that is at the foot of the sea and to vary the attention of the customers very bad.

Change the Chef Urgently

The views are beautiful The buildings are interesting But... The room of the lighthouse has the presence of the grandson (DJ) of the owner, who spends time practicing his mix of music at full volume until 3 a.m. The rooms above the dining room are wooden. The unpleasant thing is that above these rooms there is a loft where the family of the owners sleep. If you hear magnified coughing, sneezing and even what they move, it seems that you are being watched by the owner of the room. That is scary!! If you listen to them inside the room. On the dining tables of the restaurant you always meet a woman, a gentleman with a white beard.

Museum of fear:

They have comfortable, clean and equipped cabins; in cold weather they have shelters and in hot weather they have ventilators; they have mosquito nets in the windows to avoid problems, privacy mirrors and are separate from the hustle and bustle of Salinas, but not so much.

The view is very beautiful and the food is worth visiting if you want to eat in a place with a good view and food. You can eat fish, seafood and other dishes. It also has an interesting museum.

A good place to be.

Walenita is a quiet place at the foot of the sea, full of cliffs and the distinctive sound of the waves at all times.In the middle of it all, there is this wonderful hostel, at the foot of the sea with a spectacular view of the cliff.We only went for lunch, but we had an excellent attention and a great experience that makes us appreciate staying there on our next trip.The food is very rich, prices agreeable and quality service.

Imperdible in Ballenita

The hotel is nice but has a terrible noise problem in the rooms. literally we listened all night to the stomach problems of our neighbors. fortunately they were an older couple who at least slept early, yet they got up at 6.50am to talk and the acoustics were such that it was like having the lady telling us about her life in our bed. and the worst part is that when I made the reservation I specifically asked for a quiet room, so much so that I chose a separate room, however the receptionist disrespected my reservation and assigned that room to another couple. very painful indeed.

I don't think he would ever return.

Four friends decided to go to the beach for lunch, so we took the route to Salinas and went in search of a place to enjoy good food and a relaxed place to enjoy the sea.La Hostería Farallón Dillon has a restaurant that offers national and international food, its seafront dining room allows you to enjoy the view and taste delicious dishes.

This hotel with its nautical museum, its original architecture, its private beach seems to me to have been one of my best travel experiences of 2019 - the climate in that area of Santa Elena in Ecuador, whaling is very good for the year - the sea has an ideal temperature.
