We have been doing Parnu visits with my friend every year, almost same timing - end of the August. Because we really do love this place! Every year we choose different hotel. This year it was Frost Boutique Hotel. 

If there would not be "Boutique" in the name, I would never write this review, but NO BOUTIQUE AND PRIVACY FEELING we experienced due to following reasons:

1. reception upon check-in super unhospital, you feel like you bother them. + exactly next to reception table is toilet. This means, in case you would like, according to boutique experience, have you privacy time, it would be emotionally uncomfortable to visitors. Does not seem and feel like boutique hotel should. Please consider, that toilet in the room (at least in our room) was also quite open. I am a person, who would like to have my privacy moment in privacy and maybe that's "my problem" :)
2. not privacy feeling. Small  lounge, exactly in-front of the unhospital reception desc, feeling like you have been observed does not leave and gives emotionally uncomfortable feeling.  
3. there was a minibar fridge in the closet of our room, which was giving high heat in the closet and probably it was hitting from the closet in to the room as well, because it was soo difficult to sleep at night. So I did not really sleep two nights. I asked receptionist if that ok, she said it should be like that.
3. SPA area. which is meant for 4 to 6 people max. Even when you make you appointment for exact timing, count that hotel considers its capacity 15 people. What means that you will never get you relaxation as you expect in boutique hotels. Because SPA area is extremely small - 4 sun beds and 2 chairs. This means upon 15 people presence, you can not (!!!) relax - because it super crowdy, super loud because of kids screaming and super emotionally uncomfortable. Forget about SPA kind relaxation; it reminded more like aqua park.                                                                                                                 If you are looking for Boutique experience, PLEASE look for another hotel. If you look for hotel experience then its ok. Beds were ok, breakfast was ok and finish materials in the SPA area where chosen with a good taste. This is mine as travellers and as designers experience.

OK, BUT NOT "BOUTIQUE"

The hotel is very central and is very well maintained and modern (the most beautiful house on the street) :-). We had the White room, each room is individually furnished. Wonderfully and charmingly furnished - the only lack was the (very) soft mattresses for us. The breakfast was perfect (no buffet), freshly cooked egg dishes and a meat/cheese plate with fruits. The hotel offers few parking spaces in the courtyard (reservation required!), but also offers day parking tickets for 5 euros, then you can also park directly in front of the hotel on the street.

Great hotel with top breakfast.

The room was clean, but small and warm. The terrace was next the main  door and view of the parked cars.  All in minibar were overpriced for example choclate  8 € - same in Tallinn 2,5 €.  The parking is 40 € / night !!!! When we arrived I heard that parking is 14 € and kept it quite expensive, but it was 40 euros.  Finally we got it 20 euros/ night, but the bad mood remained. The hotel looks nice and has good breakfast and restaurant, but this was last time in this hotel. Pärnu is full of nice hotel and restaurant with free parking.

Bad disappoinetment

Beautiful boutique hotel in Pärnu. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast. On the way to the hotel follow the signs to the Hotel Frost. Reservation of a parking space in the courtyard is advantageous. Restaurants and the extensive beach are within walking distance. Unfortunately we were only able to spend one night at the Hotel Frost.

Hotel with charm

We were celebrating an event with a friend of mine. We had a suite booked and it was warm weekend. There was no air conditioner in the room, althought their owb website said there will be. We complained and got a bottle of sparkling wine, thats all. Nothing else. The room had beautiful decor but thats all. Definitely bot worth the money.
I also wanted to have a massage, went to the salon, the lady there offered me a time, wrote down my name and phone number. After this she said the booking was not possible since someone else took it already. Not good service at all.
At the breakfast I asked if they have fresh berries for youghurt, the answer was "I dont' know", thats all.

Not worth the money

A true surprise in the heart of Pärnu. Cozy, clean, roomy, very pleasant service – everything you want in a hotel. 
And room service was phenomenally polite and efficient with very good food, both for dinner and breakfast.

hidden gem

We spent one very hot weekend in Pärnu and staying at the Frost Boutique Hotel made it very enjoyable. We felt that we were welcome there since the reservation and it continued onsite. Staff was very professional and helpful, if we had the question they had an answer. Our superior room was spacious and most important with conditioning which was very important as there was 30 degrees outside. Room was clean and bed comfortable. 
Breakfast was something we really enjoyed and also dinner in the Mon Ami restoraunt. We absolutely reccomend to stay in Frost as it was worth every euro we spent there.

Cozy and luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Pärnu

Although it didn't have spa included, it was the best choice. We arrived with a short notice, staff was warmly welcoming us. Rooms are genuinely cosy and lovely. The suite didn't have mini bar tho. But since se arrived quite late, we didn't mind anyhow. And the breakfast! They have the loveliest little restaurant with a fireplace and the richest breakfast. Just gotta love everything about it.

Phenomenal 

In early January, we visited Pärna and stayed at the wonderful Frost Boutique Hotel. The hotel itself and its design delighted us. We booked a family suite and room we really liked - spacious, with a kitchen, every detail of the interior thought through to the smallest detail! We were very comfortable and comfortable! The hotel staff are VERY friendly! If you are in Pärna, I recommend this boutique hotel!

Design, comfort and comfort.

A very pleasant hotel situated on the edge of the old town. We were met on arrival by a staff member who showed us where to parked and helped us take our luggage inside, very friendly and helpful.  Be aware that reception is at the rear of the hotel adjacent to the car park.
Our room was on the 1st floor of the new annex, Plenty of room and nicely decorated, everything we needed and a comfortable bed.
A bonus is the on site restaurant, nice ambiance, good food and service.
Would stay at the Frost again should i ever be back in Parnu.
