Very pleasant and smiling staff. Hotel very well located: facing the casino, close to the beach and the bay of Autie... shops of all kinds (bakery, tobacco office,...). However big problem of sound insulation with water noises of all kinds (water chase, bathtub evacuations). Noises of traveling guests and staff of the hotel. Triple room not suitable for 3. We were 2 adults and 1 baby, once the umbrella unfolded there was absolutely no room in the room.

We came in half boarding for two nights and, I believe, we were satisfied! 👍 We were in room 110, really quiet. The dining formula (included) for up to 21 euros is no longer correct. The reception is friendly. The breakfast is generous, with the possibility of making orange juice or lemons. You can park for free nearby without difficulty. 😊 An address I recommend! 🙂

We stayed in this hotel where we used to stay and we got our two bikes stolen in the hotel room or said safe from the hotel. The manager was in bad faith and didn't admit her fault. The staff seemed unreliable and complicit in this theft! We would advise you not to!

To avoid theft inside the hotel

I preferred to wait a few weeks before giving my opinion because I would have been particularly unpleasant considering the way this establishment was run. Favorable: very friendly reception from the hostess. Access to the floors with an elevator. Hotel located opposite the casino in the city center near busy streets and the sea. TRES DEFORABLE: The room on the 3rd floor (the 306 left exit from the elevator) is catastrophic. Strange smell when entering it. It must be said that it was very hot and without air conditioning. A small carpet on the floor, perhaps dirty.

How to Avoid It

Room 334 seemed to offer a very good comfort with all the minimum amenities as we were boasting about the renovation of the hotel. But we went from surprise to surprise! A poorly set TV where the images are cut and therefore not framed. But the summum, it is the shower that is quickly clogged, causing a flood in the room! Many indications prove to us that this is a recurring problem and that it has not been solved, including that the tiles of the bathroom are raised.... In this case, we remedy the problem and do not make the inconvenience to the guests! But there is no small surprise!... Finally, the small breakfast event! If you do not want to profit from this bad hotel, please make a profit!

I'm going to avoid it.

On the 8th of September 2022 we were able to make a lunch stop at the hotel's restaurant or we had stayed in January. We were very pleased to find a menu that we had eaten and we once again enjoyed ourselves with the presentation and quality of the products. The kindness of the servers is always present as well as the welcome. We will not miss to come back for lunch on a next visit or stay in this hotel.

We had asked to be on the 1st or 2nd floor but we were placed on the 3rd floor, so it doesn't take into account our requests. Also, in our room, the carpet is very dirty, full of tasks! we were 2 in the room, but it's a small bottle of water per room, the housekeeper replied no 2! Also, for breakfast, even though it's 10.90 euros per day and per person, the butter as well as the snacks are not in a refrigerated furniture, the butter is so soft, I won't show you a snack room!! we wonder why there are 2 stars in this establishment. the small customers are talking with their dog in the snack room (poorly lit), we should come to them as they are, and they don't smoke..

The director's not polite at all, she's not even saying hello, she's very proud.

As always this 2 star hotel is perfect. It ranges from the reception to the meal. Very nice staff and hotel well located. The carpet would deserve a change but it is the only bemool quality report price unbeatable with the dinner we once again loved.

Good hotels overall except for a few small worries: we didn't was aware of the change of address with the work, breakfast not included in the price while you the site tells us the opposite. we had to wake up at 9am by the cleaning staff who speaks very loudly and rican without that care of the people who sleep... but despite that the room is nickel, impeccable cleanliness, welcoming and very pretty 👌🏻 we will be back. 🙂
