Very clean guest room, ideal for sleeping one night after visiting Carcassonne. Breakfast at 9€ for what was available: yogurt, fruit juice, coffee, jam bread, a slice of loose bread and orange jelly (compared to other guest rooms already made).

Good and clean.

Beautiful place. Very kind hosts who served wonderful dinner and breskfast for a very reasonable price☀️☀️☀️☀️we will recommend you to stay here if you like simple and calm surroundings🤗
A perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit La Cite du Carcassonne.


Calm simple and very nice

We stayed one night in this hostel, we just loved this little stop. The managers are very nice and listening to the customer. The room was very clean and the bed was very good. Besides we had a bucket and tea and coffee bags at our disposal in the room which was pretty nice when you want to infuse yourself. The breakfast is very nice and very good. The manager makes her own cakes. We'll be happy to come back to this establishment. The only bemool if I say it's the place to park, it's a little bit fair, there's really no parking, it's just one to go. It's a shame, but when you sleep for the night it's a very nice place to park in front of the whole resort.

It's perfect.

The pictures on webpage do not reflex the quality of property.it is not as glamorous as it looks.the hosts are very willing and friendly also the breskfast is very good.the rooms do not have air conditioning and are very hot.we think it is a little over priced for the location and comfort.but you can stay there in confidence.

This place is ok to stay at.

Maybe we had the least pleasant room ... small, with no windows but the window of the front door, sink in the hallway,..not what we like anyway!

I'm disappointed.

Roland's courtesy of making you feel at home makes you appreciate this B&B at Carcassonne's gates.

Pleasant stay

The room facing the pool is very dated. If you are looking for a quiet place, this neighborhood may not suit your needs. You will hear other guests, not that they are trying to be noisy, I guess it’s just the way the hallway is set up.  Disappointed with towels in bathroom, very stiff. It is close to the Cite and other sites.

The owners are gracious and breakfast is good.

The hotel is a country house converted into a hotel, it takes a marriage, hablan castellano, it is a quiet and pleasant place especially for the owners.

Comfortable and comfortable.

This stop is well deserving of the name Beauséjour, which its owners have given it. A beautiful house full of soul and memories, with lush vegetation, in an airy residential area of Carcassonne. It also gives all its meaning to the title of guest house, as both these - Roland and Brigitte - are charming, full of attention and good communicative mood. One feels welcomed by an affectionate aunt and uncle, who draw their pride in the goodness they provide. The place is quiet, the comfortable room and lunch at the spacious, balanced and varied beach. One takes Roland to the edge of the frescoes painted by himself... surrounded by calm and humane unity.

Peaceful and warm

We stayed here at the end of August and had a lovely 3 night stay. Roland picked us up from the airport and assisted us in getting around by calling TAXIS etc. Brigitte and roland were so helpful and made us feel at home. 
Great breakfast and nice Little pool to cool off in. 
You will need to bus or taxi around as it is quite far back from the main city. TIP: Don't go on the timetables for buses at the stops they are incorrect, download the app on phone and it gives you real time arrivals and departures. 
As there's no aircon (but a powerful fan) you will need lots of mosquito repellent as we left windows open and got bitten to pieces!!
