It's a weekend for a cousinate in the Easter sun. The owners Florence and Philippe are just great. The hostel is super clean, convenient, well equipped and beautiful. The price ratio is high. For the reception room and caterer service side, just perfect, flawless and refined. Especially the brunch is just super smooth. If you're having a party or an event, don't hesitate, it's a great and beautiful place. The setting is sublime.

20 years

Invited to speak this day at a seminar at the Jumelière, I decided to spend the night before in this place. On the bedroom side, a very good quality/price, spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. A generous and quality breakfast with charming new owners, with little care. They will also have allowed us to spend a nice day of seminar, with the lunchtime around a glass of friendship at a Jambon machine for tasting, followed by an excellent dish of fresh earth earth earth sea pasta.

What a welcome thank you

We were very disappointed to find the location of the establishment which is almost stuck to one two-way street. It is difficult to find and dangerous to get there by bicycle!The description makes us believe it is a long way in the countryside and we are in the middle of industrial zoning. Breakfast is served in a huge, very impersonal room and accompanied by industrial products.

It's horrible.

The owner told us in each room that we had to get it back to normal with both the remote controls and the dry hair! I would say it's okay! In the closet closed by a lock we could see the kettle and the coffee that another traveler had reported. We didn't have the right to go there...maybe because we also rented the room? Clean room but not superficial room, any pocket of cold shower/shampoo, barely washing. As for the room, it's very difficult to arrange because the parties are huge.

Unpleasant Host

Beautiful farmhouse with charm; very nice smiling reception. Large clean room and neat decor. Large bed with very good bedding; shower room with window. Very good breakfast. Very appreciated: courtesy tray; boiler room. Practical, it's very easy to park in the yard. But not so easy to find the very small road to access, despite the signs, I passed twice in front without seeing!

The countryside to the city!

We appreciated the host's hospitality and his availability at breakfast time (a simple but sufficient breakfast).

Very satisfied

We stayed there during our business trip to France. Located on the outskirts of Laval , it is an old country house hotel , with spacious rooms and very calm and confortable. The hotel is surronded by fields and it seems that you are out of the city but the truth is that is not far from more tan 2-3km.The staff is very friendly. Good value hotel. Really appealing.

We were a little disappointed with the location of the establishment which is almost stuck to one two-way street. On the other hand, the traffic is not very loud in the room. The garden is nice. The room is spacious and the bathroom is modern. On the other hand, there was a stench of disgust in the bathroom. The bed is a little old. On the other hand, breakfast is very good with homemade cakes, bread, coffee, yogurt... We found the rate a little expensive compared to the service.
