Avoid room 8 which smells of cold tobacco with an extra scent of perfume by making a very unpleasant mixture. The hostess may have had a very bad week... the reception is not worthy of a commercial reception. Very bad first contact. Then she got angry because we asked to change rooms. Finally we spent a very good night in a clean room. Having been received as in a game of quills, our experience remains unpleasant. Too bad...

Stay away from room 8!

Regrettably, and contempt for the client. A bed is a tree and a mattress. Not a board and a mattress. Never again in our life in this hotel chain that doesn't even respect the minimum of its profession: knowing the definition of a bed.

Very welcome, the rooms are clean, breakfast is more than proper, which makes it a very good price ratio... I appreciate the individualization of your care, it's nice, I'll definitely go back, I advise...

Improvised stay

One stop in this B&B in Laval, for one night, this Friday 13th of August, a room with mezzanine on the second floor, perfect for two adults and two children. Good bed, enough space, for this category of hotel, everything is functional. Nice reception house, very good dining room, fresh products, respected sanitary protocol, closed parking, little noise overall, in short, one can stop without any problem. A total addition of 94.50 euros for 1 family room for four with mezzanine, 4 sets of detached rooms + staying taxes. The only small defect, but this is not attributable to this hotel, but for all B&B hotels, it is that booking by phone, so it is a damaged 08m tax.

This Laval-Changé B&B is great.

We stayed one night.  The check-in is different than from what I have ever seen. We parked outside the hotel parking since the gate was closed. We had to check-in via a distributor style machine to get the code and room number to enter the gate and then to proceed to our room. No key, no card, just a code which works great. The room was clean. The kids loved the family room since their beds were on a mezzanine. I gave the hotel 4 stars i stead if 5 since the room is a bit tight but otherwise perfect for a one night stay. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent budget hotel

Room with a 160cm bed, good mattress, air conditioning, room and breakfast room clean. Good Pti dej. Very nice receptionist. I recommend 100% hydrogel and a respectful sense of circulation.

The entrance to each room is from the outside (which is scary given the sanitary situation).

Hotel good value for money

Located on the outskirts of the city in a quiet area of easy access this hotel has a large closed outdoor parking lot. The rooms are accessible at all times using the convenient e-shop in these times of the pandemic. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, reasonable prices for the hotel category.

Very clean hotel, welcoming room, big bed, bathroom, very good, just missing an extra bath towel for everyone, lunch, very good, and a quiet hotel, easy to access, and Resto right next door.

There is not much to say about this hotel which offers a very limited service corresponding to the offered price. In the end, a door that must be slammed tightly to close and which does not close from the outside.......
