It's been four times since we started our vacation here, and we love this green, quiet bubble, a little bit off the clock, always so welcoming, we know we'll be coming back here, and a little meat restaurant right next door that was perfect.

There are places like this that seem so familiar to you that it's as if you grew up there. This is what it feels like when you walk into this castle, you're touching the keys of his grand piano with a tail on which there's a classic guitar. A terrace shaded by trees where you come to read tea by hand before plunging your body into the open-air pool. A huge park where you can rent a room, decorated with the care of Nini, the owner of the place, a character, a beauty and love splashed by the moment of the ladies who built an empire.

A Magical Place

A charming establishment with exceptional kindness and dedication, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the 100-year-old tree park and Happy the dog make this hotel extremely attractive.

It's an unusual establishment. An old, large 16th-century mansion turned into a hotel on the advice of its owner, Simone Signoret. With GPS the place is easy to find. Parking places are not lacking, between the main building and the small pavilion, old too. My room was located on the second floor which is reached by an old staircase, in a spiral. There are, of course, usual facilities, a large bed, a table with a chair, and other places, so little space like this furnished closet behind a cupboard door. But especially what the charm of this room is a small terrace, which is its decoration with painted backpacks, baroque mirrors, dining rooms, dining rooms, bathrooms, bathrooms, bathrooms, bathrooms, etc. There is a very small room where you can relax and relax.

We spent a very pleasant night at the Gabetiere.
The owner is a very welcoming person; her mansion is great, perfectly maintained and serene.
There is no restaurant on site but the owner offers to have pizzas delivered and that was very nice. The owner arranges a table in the dining room and you can buy good wines.bottles of water, etc.
Breakfast was great with home made jams.
We warmly recommend La Gabetiere.
