Nice little hotel, very kind and friendly staff- We had taken 2 rooms- Both rooms: very clean, comfortable and clean bedroom, bathroom/WC exceptionally clean, and very well soundproofed.

Staying with family

A very basic room and bathroom at an affordable price. Very friendly staff and situated in the center of Montpellier, just on the edge of the old town. There are no luxuries here and the room was small and very warm as it was summer and no air conditioning (a fan was provided).

OK place in excellent location

This is a cheap small hotel seriously run by a family.
No fancy room but a quiet street close to the city center and next to the tram station.
The train station is also not far away.
Dont expect a fancy room but you get a place to sleep in town.

Hotel very well located, opposite the tram and next to a parking lot (19 euros a night)....but unfortunately expensive for what it is! dangerous stairs too narrow... the family room is on the top floor (with children it's hyper gallery) unpleasant smells...maybe it will be better at the end of the work

As we travel to Spain, my family and I stopped to Montpellier for rest and wait for the train to Barcelona the next day. We stayed in this hotel, which was a very basic one. Nevertheless, it has things we expected.

Location: The hotel was not far from the train station. There was also nearby SPAR supermarket, which can be a source of cheap food. However, the hotel was a bit hidden and it is best to have GPS or Google map on.

Room: Room size was average but was enough for three of us. Shower area was clean and good. Shared bathroom was clean. However, the problem was the temperature control of the room. We had to open the window in the shower room so that we can have ventilation and to make our room cool.

Facility: The hotel doesn' t have lift. We got heavy luggage and we had to carry it to our room, which was on second floor of the building.

Staff: The reception lady was nice and smiling, though doesn't speak much English.

Basic Hotel for Overnight Stopover

We stayed overnight in this hotel and it was very nice. Good location near the Place de la Comédie and a short walk from the historic center of Montpellier. The treatment is very nice and friendly. The room is comfortable. To put it somewhat badly, we were on the third floor and there is no elevator, which makes getting up with suitcases a bit heavier. But the stay is very quiet. Recommended.

Good location and treatment.

Small hotel 1* but recently renovated and with just what it takes to stay overnight. Ideal for a single passenger. Located near the train station. Cheap for a hotel so close to the city centre.

Excellent price and good location

The rooms have just been refurbished and the hotel is very clean. Not all rooms have a bathroom (meaning toilet) there is no elevator and the staircase to get up is narrow. The hotel is in an excellent position, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and 50 m from the historic center, however 68€ for a double room without breakfast (booked by booking) seems to me to be honestly a little excessive.

Not bad, but a little expensive.

Hotel expensive compared to quality and more motel than hotel. Very old and constantly smelly in the corridors. Tiny bathroom with little toilet paper!They came into our room when we were away because I left the window open and when I came back it was closed. Otherwise hotel well located even in an alley next to Caritas and quite clean. Good breakfast and friendly owners but wanting to be too family they become unprofessional in it.

Very disappointing.

Hotel located in an excellent position to reach the center and Place de la Comedie on foot. the appearance is not the best, since it is next to the caritas but the area is quiet. Palazzo exteriorly old, in fact we were on the third floor without an elevator. a nice sfacchinata! the room was a triple so rather spacious, clean but very basic. If you are people looking for a low price and adapting is fine!
